Poor design flaw renders unit useless after 4 uses

Poor quality. After 3 uses, the plastic lip on the Lid for the pressure cook broke - thus it no longer serves as a pressure cook. Tried getting in touch with customer service, but no luck. Should have made the insertable lip out of metal.

Really disappointed

Used this product twice and the lid did not release easily and the second time not at all.

Faulty design unit

Faulty design the plastic nob broke off so the lid won't attatch to the top lid. It then vents out all the liquid during preheat.

Great features but a little pricey

I was going to purchase one, but it was out of my price range.

This one has a good size, easy to clean and many features. I don’t like how it lets the steam out because the steam goes in my cabinets and you cannot put anything on it. Sometimes it’s hard to unlock the top inner cover so you want to be careful not to brake it. The air fryer is good for already made things. Overall a great pot

Sous vide?

Amazing product. We love our Instant pot. I do wish they had a sous vide setting for more delicate meats.

Very fast easy to use and clean love it! Whats not to love!

I never had a chance to try it because the clips to lock the pressure lid in place arrived broken. I'm hoping to have it replaced now that I've gone through the proper steps to return it but no replacement yet refund has occurred. Pretty frustrating. Hopefully I can come back someday and leave a review of how it "works"

Totally love mine. Air fryer and pressure cooker is the two I use the most. My favorite, most used, and don't won't to live without tool in my kitchen!!!!

I really wanted to love this insatnt pot, but it was not so easy to use. The presets where not adjustable as far as temperature settings. It is a very heavy unit and you cant clean the rubber gasket.

Do not buy

Right from the start I have had problems with this pot, I contacted customer service who told me the pot was performing properly. However besides taking an excessive long time to come to pressure, it is constantly scorching my food. Constantly getting an error that the heating element is malfunctioning or there is not enough liquid. I have plenty of liquid in the pot, so the heating element is damaged and this is less than a year old and only used a handful of times.

I like all of it as I now have an air fryer as well;my older pot did not.
