Not too happy for my first purchase from chewy.

Product I don't think will last 1 year in all seasons. The wood isn't even a half inch thick. It came cracked and chipped. When I screwed In a leg it cracked on me even though it came pretty drilled. I was also supposed to get a $20 gift card with the item and that of course never arrived either even though it claims it was delivered. Well where did you send it out? In the box that I order because it certainly wasn't there. I did receive like a greetings card expected it to be in there and it wasn't.

Easy assembly, except dowels to hold awnings in place did not fit...dowels too small and hole too shallow. I will find a way to screw or glue them on.

i ordered this from tractor supply for stray cats outside and we never got it which is very frustrating, it says "shipped" but never arrived and they just put the money back into my bank and haven't heard a word from them about why i never got it.

ASSEMBLY WENT WELL, READING THE INSTRUCTIONS HELPS. CATS STAY DRY IN RAIN AND WARM AT NIGHT. WE ARE IN THE LOW 50'S RIGHT NOW.

very nice house, though the wood will need a coating of good paint to last outside. Easy enough to put together seems to be very solid

I love this outdoor cat house! I added some straw along with the liner and the 2 ferals have been warm and cozy during the coldest days.

We got our house in the coldest of winter. Negative degrees. We decided the house wasn’t that warm for the 3 females we have. (So let them inside.). Will be fine when it warms up some and no blowing snow. The cats like it. Easy access to peak in on them or clean it out. Was easy to put together and seems good quality. It wasn’t as big as I thought it would be esp for the price. But, over all please with it. I did not see any reviews on this. I might be the first one??

Excellent help from associates at Home Depot!!! Would highly recommend to anyone. Product quality is outstanding.

I like the house, the cats not so much.
