Too small

It is sturdy bench, but is very small, the seating lenght is only 42 inches. When I looked at it, it reminded me the chair for large people that you can see at clinics. It is not enough room to comfortably seat 2 average size adults, only if you super close to each other. Had to return it for that reason. Otherwise, good bench, but description of the item could be more specific, to avoid returns.

Wonderful garden bench

This is a very well constructed garden bench. High quality wood and stain and a breeze to assemble. It's an imported product of Caravan International headquartered in Fort Worth TX which I would have been interested in knowing ahead of time since I live in FTW and Caravan International is a well respected company. I'd like to inform customers that this is a garden or park type bench. It's not a patio lounger or intended to have a cushion or pillows. It's sits about 2 inches taller than my patio bench (17.5 in vs 15.5 in) and the seat is about 2 inches narrower from the backrest to the seat edge (17 in vs 19 in). It works perfectly for the place I intended, under a shade tree on flagstones in the garden. Lots of use!

This was a Mother’s Day gift for my elderly Mom and it’s just perfect! We placed it on pavers in her garden where she can now go and sit to enjoy her flowers daily. The color of the wood is beautiful and the bench was easy for one person to assemble. Great bench for a great price! Happy Mom too!

I bought this bench for the back patio area. Like the wood tones and looks wonderful. Good choice, get lots of compliments on it.

Beautiful wood! Easy to assemble - they had the few steps very organized. Very nice to sit in to look at my results after tending my garden. Now all I need is a cover to slow down sun & rain damage.

Very attractive.

It was exactly as presented and quite lovely. Needs a pad on seat, but back rest is quite comfortable.

Pretty wood

It's really pretty. I have a reading problem and putting it together upside down was hard for me. Has alot of scratches on it. But it's really nice. So I'll let that pass. Yes I total recommend it.

So far so good. I don’t know why I thought it would be a little bigger. I love the color variation. I did purchase a seat cover for looks and added comfort. I am happy with my purchase and it came pretty quickly .

Looks like home

Was looking for a bench that looked "old americana", like your grandfather might have made it. Looks very at home on our porch.

Great bench for yard

I love this bench. I have had it for a few years and it’s ready for a new finish due to being in the hot Californian sun. It is definitely worth a purchase.

Great addition to my garden.

This bench arrived quickly and was easy to put together. It is beautiful! It looks exactly like the picture! It is not heavy so it is easy to move. Also very comfortable to sit on. It doesn't force you to sit ramrod straight. You can relax!
