Waste basket on motor

I have yet to receive the part for motor as it had a leak. Unable to print receipt. The fact that I buy something from Walmart I should not have to email the receipt that I cannot print. Yet have yet to receive. You claim you sent it but It's not in my inbox. So not a satisfied customer , I will think twice to purchase a high priced item again with Walmart .

A nightmare

Item is defective. The pool is leaking water. I tried to get my money back for a month and a half without success. Spreetail, the company that sent the pool, and Walmart are blaming each other for not having a solution for me. Terrible customer service from both sides.

I would like someone from corporate to contact me

Do not have angies list install your pool. They ripped the tabs off for the legs of the pool. I have contacted walmart 6 times and they keep telling me someone will be picking up the pool soon. 4 months later and it's still laying in my yard. It's lawyer time.

Pump

My pool was delivered on May 30th, 2024. I was installed and filled with water on June 7th. My pump went out on July 26th. The pump is out of stock everywhere and Intex will not replace it with something similar. Now my pool is turning green with no water flow.

Love this pool!

I have has this pool for 2 years and absolutely love it. We had 12 people in the pool with tons of room to spare over 4th of July. I did have to buy a skimmer basket for things that fall on top of the water like bugs but it was super easy to install. My friends my family all have a great time cooking out and swimming in this pool.

Very happy with this purchase

We upgraded from a 16’ x 48” to the 24’ x 52” and so glad we did. This pool is the perfect size and depth. Also went from a small pump to the sand filter pump which was easy to set up. One thing to note… the pool does not come with the sand required for the pump and the install directions do not state how much sand is needed. It took 1 1/2 50 lb bags to fill.

Great pool

Super easy to symbol you definitely need two people to install pool. Took about an hour from start to finis( pool set up) ground prep took a few hours with a skid steer machine! I would say it’s extremely important that you prep the area before you install so that you know the area is level!

Great quality pool!!

This pool is such great quality. We are now on our 3rd summer with no issues! They were super helpful when we purchased it at ocean state and we got a crazy deal too! Highly recommend both the pool and ocean state.

I Love This Pool

The pool is large, and I'm surprised at how powerful the pump is. The ladder to get in and out is a joke; it's super flimsy. Putting the pool up and getting it running was the easy part. Leveling the ground was hard, maybe because we didn't really know what we were doing. We did get it done, and now we are enjoying the fruits of our labor as temperatures rise above 100 degrees.

Good buy

This is my 1st pool. The box arrived without any problems. All parts were in the box. Assembly was very easy. Leveling the ground for the pool was the only difficult part. There were no holes in the liner. Assembly instructions for the pool, ladder, and pump were easy to understand. You'll probably want to upgrade the ladder for something a little more sturdy. I haven't had any of the problems some of the reviews mention. I would definitely recommend this pool.

Piece of CRAP, Junk pool, do not buy

Worked all day preparing surface and 3 hrs assembling pool in 95 degree weather. Started filling over night. When came out in AM foot of water in bottom and leaking around bottom seam where pump and filter attaches. Bottom of pool the seam was not sealed for approx 5’. Zero quality control!!! Now have to get pool service to come and try to fix problem. Will be out another $2-300 if fixable and no pool yet. Would give zero stars if available!!!

Pool is great. I’ve had it up for about a month now. We did have to re level it after it was filled and settled. We almost have it spot on. The pump works awesome for this pool. I live in Florida and we get a lot of afternoon rain, the pool has yet to turned green or nasty. Other pools this size would have already turned if I was using the filter cartridges. Definitely plan to keep this pool for several years!

Bad design low quality

This pool is not worth the money! The pieces are cheap and flimsy. I am disappointed that I paid $1500 for such a low quality product. I paid for installation and was given an install date but then they changed it even after confirming with me twice because they said my delivery was late but it wasn’t. I ended up canceling and installing it myself. The instructions are difficult to follow and it took 3 people to set up. The pump is cheap and hoses leak no matter how tight you have them. Do not buy this product. Maybe the smaller pools are ok but the 24’ is not worth it. This pool should be in the $700 price range.

Excellent!! Was delivered in a tracker trailer in a pallet . The driver was very courteous and put the pool in our garage. The pool is wonderful and sturdy, no leaks at all. Easy set up and didn’t take that long to fill. Our family is very pleased!!!!

Well I would give it a 5 but it has a hole in it .

The pool box was torn up I didn’t take a picture because I didn’t know it had a hole in it until we had a guy put it up and filled it up . When I went around pool I saw the hole. No patches was in box to even patch it with. This is the pallet it was on that was broken with sharp board . The pool cover it up so you could see the pallet until you put pool up

Big pool. Fairly easy to set up. Took us more than the hour it said it took to set up.

Intex 22 by 52 pool r

Getting ready to replace, we have had it for 12 years. We have never had a problem with it. We leave it up all year round.. We just close it for the winter and we're on our 13th year. And it's about time to change it been very satisfied. Totally recommend.

Four Summers of Fun!

I might be in the minority but we've actually had a pretty darn good experience with this pool. We have had this same pool for over four years. We live in Minnesota and take it down every winter to store away during the cold months and bring it back out in the spring. Other than a mouse hole and a few pin holes in the bottom which are easily patched with regular hardware store patches or waterproof tape, the liner has held up over the years. Our sand filter also has had no issues.

Beautiful color and size absolutely love it. Went for a different brand and had it for about 3 years before it gave up(Coleman) I have always had Intel and this pool is by far so much better. I will never buy any other brand. Thanks so much the price was great. I already had the sand filter pump (Intex) brand I used with the Coleman pool and it still works perfectly so I guess I have a back up now 😊

Great pool for the $$$$

the whole package was huge and weighed 300lbs. It came with all the featured parts. I bought the 3 year warranty to be safe since this was a bit more in price. $650 for the installation. great decision on my part. They took all the creases out of pool. pleasant and eager to please. 2 hours and it was done. filling up now. Thanks Walmart for offering this awesome 24' round above ground INTEX pool.
