Received our Pure Spa. Setup was easy did it myself. I set it to 103 and it has reached temp. My only complaint is I don't understand how they label this as a 6 person spa. The only 6 persons you are fitting in here are kids. I guess that is how they get away with listing as 6. It's 2 adults comfortably maybe 3, anymore and you are touching each others legs and that's not comfortable and it's awkward.

Not Worth It!

The spa looks good and is fairly easy to setup and maintain. However, it does not get as hot as they claim and it does not even hold the temperature that it does get up to. If you run the bubbles while in the spa the temperature drops even more. The cover is extremely heavy and the inflatable cover swells and shrinks until it doesn’t fit the spa properly anymore. The spa is not worth your time or your money.

love this hot tub! instructions were a little tricky for me, i.e. cover -- especially since no pics on how to install the energy efficient heavy black top cover...and not having the male buckles to figure it out. I can't seem to get the app to connect to my wifi and I have a 1g internet service, Else, I love the lights the jets...even though I was told they were not bubble jets.....I am not sure if they are or not....

Set up

Set up with easy enough for two men. Enjoyed the pool for about 60 days until both the motor and then the tub itself lost air. No leak cannot get refund. Only replacement warranty only covers one year and out and everything out of stock. Unhappy.

This item is not worth the money . It struggle with getting hot enough for any enjoyment and that is after an 80 degree day . There will be no way I will be able to use this when it gets colder outside . So disappointed…. Adding to this review - this spa has been up and running since mid August and it still HAS NOT HELD A BATTERY CHARGE

[Rewarded Review] Do not waste your money

Was so excited to get this product to unbox and not work. Control panel wouldn’t power on. Intex sent another control panel which also did not work. Took 9 days to get it and when I called they wanted to send another control panel. It is super nice but would not recommend due to the faulty control panels that seem to be issues. Any product that has two non working control panels even if a third worked how long is its life expectancy.

Nice for the price

The jets are along the bottom around the edges of the inside, they seem more powerful in some spots than others and it was disappointing they are not placed higher up. The head rests are useless as you have to sit on the floor of the unit, it may be an issue for shorter people and I found I had to prop myself up to get use of the jets. It heats well. It is salt water and that has taken some getting used to. It is good and sturdy. I find taking the cover off difficult for one person.

Set up is easy and self inflates. The air "jets" are surprisingly sufficient and really do work nicely. Chemical balancing is kind of difficult for beginners. But I had pool chemical balancing experience so its been easy for me. I Love this product.

Missing parts to the two hoses that go from the pump to the hot tub. Tub was leaking water from the pump hoses because there were no washers inside of tubing and the bag with the parts in it did not contain any washers for the two hoses. Very frustrating. Did not notice the hoses had no washers in them, and when filled the tub kept leaking water. Very dissatisfied.

We have now had two of these. Love it when it’s working! First one had something wrong with the pump so they replaced it. We have had it up for about 6 weeks and added some air and the seam seems to have split and started leaking air. Very frustrated with this expensive product.

Love it

I read a lot of reviews, some good and some bad. We personally love the quality of this hot tub. The jets produce a lot of bubbles, it's strong enough to sit on the edge, super simple to program from the app on the phone and the cover is really strong and heavy which helps keep in the heat. (you will need two people to remove and reapply the cover)

Super easy to set up and get started. It does take about 24hours to get up to temp but once it does the heat and bubbles are surprisingly delightful. We are using it in the northeast in the summer and we do find it cools down by about a degree every 10 minutes with the top off so not sure we’ll keep it going in the winter but for now we’re enjoying relaxing evenings watching the fireflies! Don’t forget to check the levels and stock up on chemicals so you can keep it all in balance and enjoy!

It takes a lot of effort to get the tub back in the box. Printing return label and getting the Fed Ex guys to come pick it up was relatively simple, but the whole thing was a pain. The box is heavy and the support was unhelpful. They actually sent me the wrong model THREE times! Unreal.

Read instructions carefully and follow them

Very impressive! Set up took about 1 hour. Directions are ok but could be more clear. The product seems to be well made. Better then expected. Took only a few hours to heat up (living in southwest FL). Love the salt system. Much better then using chlorine.

Disappointed

The picture shows people seated and enjoying the tub. Problem is, there are no seats to sit on! I am 5'3 and 67 years old and you want me to sit on the ground and drown! Why would anyone want a hottub without a seat! Also, the instructions are non existent. Just pictures! Looks nice but not sure it is worth the money!

DO NOT PURCHASE!!

We purchased this hot tub in January. It has been used very few times. We noticed a do you weeks ago that the water level started dropping. I searched the outside and could not find any leaks. Upon draining it just now I realized the drain area has came apart.. this is not something that was done by us. It is poor design. I attempted to contact the seller but of course my return window ran out a few weeks ago.

Bought in Nov, began leaking from main tub in Dec. Non existent customer service, still under warranty and vendor wont replace nor refund. UNSAFE Intex is the manufacture and they wont respond. New unit, properly installed, leaked - no customer service - we purchased the Allstate coverage and the vendor wont honor it .

Great value but directions need improvement.

Once we got it set up, we were very impressed with how consistent the jets were and how comfortable it was. Totally worth the money and the effort to set up. The directions were not that great because the pictures werent as clear as they could be but with some help from YouTube we were successful.

Spa as bad as their customer service

This spa is TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT BUY! We bought this a few months ago, constantly throws codes that disable use. Currently I have a code 91 which means low salt, according to the tests, salt levels are fine. I contacted Intex and because I bought it online, they are rejecting my claim. I even had a representative from Walmart verify my purchase on a 3 way call with Intex and it wasn’t good enough.

The water release valve under the hottub has been leaking so to fix this i used flex seal and caulked around the spout. I purchased this in September 2023 and the hottub gave out in November 2023. Overall after sealing the water release valve, the hot tub now retains water.
