Good Quality, but try exact model before you buy.

I bought a month ago or so. This was a warranty replacement mattress as the old product we had was no longer offered. We tried the mattress in a store before ordering it through Serta and liked it. The 12" was in store, but we decided to go with 14". I do not recommend. It is a lot harder than the store model, which was unexpected. Because it is a warranty replacement, we can't send back for a different one, so we will probably try to sell or replace within a couple years. Quality is fine, but because we can't use the Serta "replace with another for any reason in 30 days" and it is significantly stiffer than floor model, gets 3 stars.

Great Matress

Compared to my double sided pillow top matress this has been a god send as far as comfort. I could actually step up to a firm and just might during my 30 day trial. If not Ithis foam matress is the best I have ever owned! Plus they included a very nice matress cover at no charge. I have a platform bed and the double sided pillow top was not working for that kind of setup due to it not needing a box spring!

I am SO HAPPY to have this mattress in my life. As a mom, I’m not usually well-rested but this has changed the game for me! I’m sleeping better at night and actually waking up feeling good. Not something I’m used to. I’ve recommended it to all my friends and family who complain about not getting good sleep. Also, the service I received was SO GOOD. I am so thankful and so pleased with this product and the customer service!
