Mattress so far seems ok. Not happy with Gardner White. Mattress was a warranty defect exchange. This is the third Serta Mattress that has failed. I purchased this mattress for $2699 on 11/4/24 three days later it went on sale for $300. 00 less. I called GW for a price adjust, they claim that due to it being warranty exchange, company policy is no price match. Sure salesperson knew it would be on sale two days later, could have mentioned it. Dishonest at best. Also claim you need mattress protector for warranty, another lie. Will not shop at GW again.
