SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON'T BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP

This machine is awful. Bought it October 6, and I only used it 3 times and it worked fine for what I needed it to do. When I went to use it the 4th time, the screw top for the clean water tank busted. I tried gluing it, but it didn't hold. If this item was $35 I wouldn't even care, but for $66 and to have it break the 4th time using it is unacceptable. Save your money and buy something else.

Does not clean or suction at all

Apprehensive of this brand, because I’ve never heard of it. But then I figured a motor is a motor and the suction power is that of the Bissell.

Disappointing

It was ok to set up but when I started using it, the hose didn’t suck up the water and left it all on the rug! Now my brand new wood floors are ruined in that spot!!! Returned it. Haven’t received money back yet.

Works pretty well, the dirty water side fills up and turns it off at less than half , so u have to stop and empty it often , other than that no problems.

Bought to clean my sectional. Clean water tank lasted the entire cleaning. Dirty water tank looks big but there’s a max line 1/4 way up from the bottom. Never had to empty until the very end. Quality for the price is decent. It’s not the best cleaner but it got my couch looking good again. Pet owner of 3 dogs. I would recommend if you’re on a budget.

Only use this machine maybe 4 to 5 times and now it is not working, it won't spray water now

Worked great until about the third use. Then it started leaking.

does a great job. my carpeted stairs were so dirty and stained. took about 1/2 hour to clean stairs. allot of traffic go up and down all day long

Cleaned a dirty sofa easily, looks like new again.
