Not only is this product not quality, the customer service of the 3rd party that sells this product is not kind or helpful.We purchased this set in April of 2022 and by October of 2022, one of the chairs had cracked underneath with about 90 hours of standard use. The company responsible for it has not been able to offer a replacement chair or parts, and has only offered us to buy 4 new chairs at a cost of $172 plus shipping. They do not stand behind their product.
