The desk isn't as sturdy as I would like. The size is perfect, enough room for all my knick knacks and laptop. The file cabinet attached is not sturdy for the file folders, however, it is a beautiful desk.

An excellent product!

Exceeded my expectations in appearance, sturdiness and method of parts attachment. The pin and head screw parts I used on another desk in 1986 were identical in operation but were somewhat clumsy, the advances are very welcome in this application.

Received my desk today.looks as promised..only problem so far.....desk top has a smashed corner..must have been damaged in shipping not terribly noticeable but I know it's there so I do want this piece replaced ASAP.please send quickly thank you

Perfect Fit

Very satisfied with the product. Recently moved to apartment living, this desk made for the perfect downsize living, but still is such a beneficial desk piece of furnitures.

Some damage in shipping

The large and heavy box was left on my driveway. I am 69 years old. I pushed it into my apartment. When I opened the box. I was pleased to see that there were thin sleeves between each board. However, one of the boards did have damage on the end, where the pressed wood and the veneer were lifted up. I have not assembled the desk yet. I am hoping the edge won’t cause a problem.

for the price it is superb for a student in grade to middle school.

The item has manifacture defect , and even with the replacement part nothing changed.

Nice but damaged

Overall this desk is a nice size and not too difficult to put together. However, several pieces came damaged and a screw was missing. Glad it was on sale. Nebraska's customer service is great and they are sending new pieces and screws.

I decided to go with this desk because a lot of the desk were sold out. This desk was within my budget and I order this desk last minute and I am happy with my purchase. I was a little hesitant to buy it because of the few reviews but I just decided to take the chance. It works for me as you can see on the pictures my set up is minimal I only have what I need and it works great. I wouldn't drill on the keyboard as I seen on another review that I agree on. The desk is not wood it does feel a little cheap but its actually very sturdy it does not move or wiggle around if that makes any sense. Best of all it fit great on the side of my bed. The top drawer has a nice size I would recommend getting a drawer organizer just to keep thing looking nice. The bottom one is great for hanging folder or storing your printer paper however I wouldn't add too much weight to the drawers. I attached pictures to this review.

Nice desk

This desk was relatively easy to put together in about 2 hours. At certain points it does require two people. I've had the desk assembled for about a week and so far so good. It's a nice size. It will take time before I can comment on quality/durability.

Went together pretty easy.Just follow the instructions, but remember which side you want the drawer section on.Right or Left.I added two wood screws with washers from inside the top drawer to the side to side support member, under the top, to strengthen the top connection to the drawer section.Otherwise, if you lifted the top from the open side the connection of the top to the drawer section was flexing like a hinge.Or make sure you have two people if you need to move it.

The desk looks nice, but it is NOT made with "wood composite" as the description. The desk is a "paper composite". This is made with the same material as the cheap Ikea "Linnmon" product.

I would not buy this again

I use this product as a small desk in my home office to hold a desk top computer with two monitors.

Gorgeous!

Desk arrived in about 1 1/2 weeks on Thanksgiving weekend so was excited to have the time to build. The directions are awesome. Certainly didn't take the "60 minutes" they said it would, more like a couple hours, but I worked slow and sure and all went together very smoothly. I love this desk. It is solid and looks great in my little nook. Most worried about the drawers but they work smooth as silk. I opted for glass knobs I had in the house to give it a more eclectic look. Heading out today to buy those special touches to make it sparkle!

Delivery was within a week. In fact, so quick we weren't quite ready for it. Completely as advertised. Good quality, nice and solid and easy to put together. Looks great in the room.

Gorgeous, true grey wood grain

I got this table to go in my brand new open-concept kitchen and living room. Our challenge was to match very faint grey walls, super white crown molding, white cabinets, grey granite, and black farmhouse chairs we fell in love with. We have toddlers, so white would have been too cottage-y and very difficult to keep clean. This table came to our rescue! We love it. We use it with six chairs on the smallest setting on a daily basis, though it could fit eight even without the extensions. So far it's been easy to clean and set up was great. We had the delivery team add floor protectors to the bottom of the table as they were putting it together and it's working out really well on our hardwood floors. So glad we found this table!
