Im not happy with the order. It doesnt fit all the bottle wines correctly.

Very nice, quiet wine fridge. Fits perfectly under my counter. I am giving it a 4 star just because of the light inside. I was hoping it would add an extra ambiance in the kitchen at night. It barely lights up the top shelf when the fridge is full. This could have been much better thought out in the manufacturing stage. Will not even bother turning it on now.

Very happy with our purchase. Easy to unpack and only need to assemble door handle. Looks nice and works very well!

This unit fell short of expectations that weren’t particularly high to begin with. I knew this wasn’t a high-end unit given the price but decided to take a chance. The shelves are ridiculously flimsy and the top shelf arrived broken. I will be surprised if they last through the extended warranty period I purchased. So far it cools nicely however the temp varies 5 degrees from the set point before running. We’re not that picky about temp precision but it does run frequently so I suspect there is very little insulation. Got what I paid for I guess (?) and wish I would have paid for higher quality cooler.

Excellent Customer Service

We just wanted a lockable wine fridge and this met our needs very well. The original fridge had a dent on the corner hence the average Delivery mark, but it didn’t affect operation so no big deal. Our fridge’s compressor died with one month left on the 12 month warranty, so I filed a claim. I got Eric as my Agent, and he completed the entire claim. I did the simple trouble shooting, and he shipped me a brand new identical wine fridge in PERFECT condition. Eric was superb in every aspect.
