Horrible product & customer service

Purchased brand new wine cooler that makes loud noise when compressor turns on. Customer service is barely responsive and Thor does not stand behind their product. Buyer beware !!!!!

Great size and features

We bought this wine cooler as we usually travel and buy wine for the year. Being able to hold all of our yearly wine was a must and this did not disappoint.

Second Thor wine fridge

This is my second Thor wine fridge since the first one stopped cooling right after the manufacturer's warranty ran out. Good thing I purchased the extended warranty but that only covered the purchase price of the fridge and not a replacement. This new wine fridge was double the cost of the first one. The first one was no longer available. We had custom cabinets built for the first one so had to go with the same size fridge. We are hoping that this newer model will last for the price! That's why only 4 stars. It looks good and is working so far but has only been a couple of weeks.

Stay away from this wine cooler! Can be heard loudly 30 feet away from it. The temperature constantly fluctuated 6 to 7 degrees from programmed. I leave in a tropical area and door pane constantly creates condensation up to have a lot of water on the floor. I asked for an exchange and after being told by customer service that it was available and that they would deliver it to me in a week. Two days before the first delivery intent they called me to postpone the delivery because it was not actually available and that they were supposed to receive it that same day from the manufacturer and that they could deliver it to me ten days later, to which I agreed. Three days before the second scheduled delivery date, Customer Service called me again to reschedule the delivery because they had not yet received it, so the different versions were not acceptable to me and I asked them to pick up their damage wine cooler and proceed with a refund.

Over heat after 2 years

It is great until 2 years and it's keeping over heat and beeping. Called customer service and No help.

Awful Service

Awful company to do business with. My brand new wine fridge has a defective shelf. No one answers their phone when you call support, and after being on hold for 30 minutes and getting to the end of the call queue their phone system hangs up on you. There is absolutely no way to speak to anyone at this company. Do not do business with this company.

[Rewarded Review] Attractive designs and features!

I bought this when it was on sale. It fits my space perfectly and the design is very attractive. The drawers have a function of lock-in system so I had to pull out a little hard to release that. LED lights are a little bit too much for me, it will be nice if there is a dimmer function. I will have to use and see if the temperature stays consistently. When the fan is running, it a bit loud. Overall good buy!

Do NOT purchase Thor

I recently purchased a new Thor wine refrigerator and it quit working within just outside of their 1-year warranty period. Customer service is terrible, worn't do anything nor return phone calls. Do not spend your money on this "premium" brand

The delivery staff were courteous but left grooves in my heart pine floors and stated that BB would get with me for compensation which never happened. Despite several phone calls and computer chats I'm stll waiting. Imagine that. The product is as advertised.

The cooler is nice. I plugged it in and a cloud of smoke came from the back. The stainless doors are welded in a way you can see from the front of the door. It shows the weld marks on face and this could be avoided with thicker stainless steel door.

I would not recommend it. The weight of the bottles bends the frame of the drawers, so almost none of the bottles fit correctly; the bottle label gets scratched when you pull the drawer or the drawer won't open because the bottles get stuck. It would be better to remove an entire drawer and leave more space in between the drawers or make the drawers frame stronger. This is a very poorly designed wine cellar. Not to mention there are no detailed instructions on how to switch the wine cellar door.
