I am so very happy with my Avallon beverage center! This is the second Avallon product I own. They're very reliable, quiet, and easy to maintain. I highly recommend them!

Please pass this company up

I can’t even receive this product without being damaged. I just opened my second cooler and it is damaged and dented yet again! They are poorly packaged from the beginning. If you still order this unit please have it sent to your local store and I would have it opened and examined at the store before leaving with it. They cannot order you another one or refund the unit until it’s brought back to the store. The chances of the unit being damaged is lesser than if it is shipped to your home. The first one I had shipped to my home and it looked like King Kong used it as a Soccer Ball. The second one we had shipped to the store. Still 2 dents and the top hinge was bent upward and the door pin was coming out of the hole. The inside metal pieces that cover the ends of the shelves had come off and one was still adhered to the shelve. The Company from where it is manufactured and ships from is Ferguson Enterprises, Newport Va.

Great brand, ice cold beverages in style. This slim beverage cooler holds a lot of drinks too!

This fridge is everything we expected. Cools down fast, took about 15-20 minutes to reach 38 degrees. Lights are cool, 3 colors, can go on with door open, or be constant on. We installed it under the counter. Beware, most cabinets are in standard units like 15", and the carpenter typically leaves a 15" gap. But this fridge is exactly 15" (some others are 14 3/4), so its a tight fit in our space.

Poor quality shelves.

The only issue I have with this beverage color is the shelves. The chrome piece fell off during shipping. A day later another chrome piece for a different shelf fell off when it was it pulling a pop out. Contact customer service on 12/28 and still have not hurt back. I have sent 2 emails since with zero contact. Poor customer service.

It’s nice that it gets down to 34 compared to 37 with my previous one, and my beers are cold cold, but the noise is real. It makes more noise than my main fridge. If you’re adding it to living space that you read in, etc. it could be an issue.

hinge location when ordering

website is confusing. Right hand model actually means that the hinge is on the right, and you open it with your left hand. Left hand model means that the hinge is on the left and you open with the right hand.

Very Pleased so far

There were quite a few choices of products in this category and many were only half the price. I feel this unit has a high quality design and solid construction that justifies the cost.

A bit pricey, but, very well made beverage refrigerator with a great layout.

Bev cooler is sturdy and clean lines

Bev cooler works as it should, sturdy, smooth. Shipping was terrible. Took 4 coolers to piece together 2 coolers. Ferguson has been hard to work with.

Started leaking and company won't help us find repair service

We bought this for a small wet bar. It is a beautiful product and fit well with the decor. The quality, however, is terrible. When it had been installed a little over a year before, it started leaking water. The entire bottom shelf would fill up and then leak out onto the floor. It was enough water that the floor underneath started to warp because we didn't see it at first since it was underneath. We unplugged it, let it defrost, and tried again but it's still leaking. We contacted the company to ask for a local repair contact but they didn't send that. They told us to defrost (which we already did) and then sent a list of things to check that we don't even know where to find them on the unit. Don't buy this fridge. It doesn't do any good to be nice looking if it doesn't work and the company won't help find a repair person.

Great little fridge, my hubby needs his beer COLD as do I my white wine. We love it - helped us through IDA!

Shelf spacing could be better.

Seems to be working well so far. Quite and keeps drinks cool, even had to turn the temperature up since some bottles started to freeze. Its undercabinet so time will tell if it overheats and lasts. Handle sticks out a littel to far for a undercabinet in a island. also pay attention to the depth. The directions say to leave 1 inch behind but then the fornt door also stick out some. We have standard 24 inch depth cabinet. Do not like the fixed shelf placement hieghts. Does not fit standard spacing for cans and bottles so end up wasting space between shelves and had to remove one. Wish it had more options to adjust shelf location. Going to try and make my own spacers then we should be able to get one more usable shelf.

Really like this fridge

We’ve never had a beverage center in our basement before now so we are still trying to figure out how to organize. We removed a shelf to get things to fit but not sure what we should put on the bottom as it isn’t a shelf and you can’t pull it out. So you can’t really see what’s there. But overall I really like the fridge.
