I strongly urge anyone considering a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator to think twice, especially if customer service and product support are important to you. My experience with this product has been one of the most disappointing I’ve ever had with any brand.

Terrible Customer Service Experience
Refrigerator arrived damaged with a big dent on one of the doors, so I rejected it. I reached out to e-commerce customer services and shared pictures with the damage. Order included a trade-in by taking away my old refrigerator which actually delivery crew actually took back. I ended with no fridge that day. A ticket was opened, and this is where the nightmare started. All along I was waiting for a replacement order and the only message that I was getting every other day is that they were apologizing, that my case was escalated and to continue to wait. A week after this case started, I ended in a phone call with their team in the Philippines where apparently, they tried to help me by releasing an order for a replacement, but it never happened, they mentioned that I would be getting a follow up call in 24 hrs which never happened as well. 2 weeks passed and I was still receiving the same messages with apologies, issue escalated and to wait (like copy/paste with a few words changed). At that point I called my credit card company and filed a claim to get my money back and I also opened a case with the Better Business Bureau to hopefully get some traction. Needless to say that I ended losing money since I had to throw away lots of food since I was not able to keep it frozen/cold. Looks like the Better Business Bureau is the way to go on day 1 when you reject a product. I finally got a call to follow up on that complain to the BBB, and not so much on my ticket. Samsung mentioned that 'since I didn't keep the fridge they can only reimburse me the money but they can price match my order and place a new order', WE SHOULD HAVE STARTED THERE 2 WEEKS AGO!!! In my ticket I asked a couple of time if it was better to get a new order going to get a fridge sooner instead of waiting for I don't know what internally to get a replacement, and the answer was NO. This has been a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I wanted to share this here so other customers are aware of this ridiculous customer service.

There 2 delivery man came and they took down new refrigerator from the truck but it was not delivered.They came to my home and plugged the refrigerator after that went truck and bring the refrigerator front doors top 2 part . They fixed that but problem showed up again.They leave the home take back that new refrigerator without my concern.Its not professional.But unfortunately system shows they delivered the refrigerator.Its a frustrating.Technician come today after one week.Still problem is not solved.Last 2 week without refrigeration life!!! I paid almost $4500 and it's not working.As a member don't like to say goodbye best buy!
