Disappointed
I am disappointed in this rug. It's very thin with a stiff backing....it was rolled for delivery but because the rug is so thin and stiff, the "roll" gets flattened down and the creases remain. I've had it for a little over a week and the rug is still creased and ripply. In addition, the rug fibers are not soft, nor plush.....to make matters worse, the color of this off-white rug just looks dirty. I am going to return it. I've had other Safavieh rugs that are very high quality -- they really missed the boat with this one, though!
This rug is beautiful and exactly as pictured . It came sooner than expected which was a nice surprise. I haven’t taken the time yet to vacuum and fluff it but it looks nice even so . The size is right and the color perfect ! It came folded up but the lines are not too deep and seem like they will iron out in a day or so . Very happy and give it 5 stars
