It came a little bit smaller , like a couple of inches, and I thought that it was going to be thicker, but otherwise it was okey. The shipping was very fast.

Pretty rug that wears well

This rug is beautiful and wears well. Be aware, however, that it's recommended to only vacuum it in the direction of which the fibers lay. This may sound doable, but after a while, life definitely gets in the way, and you'll care more about getting the rug cleaned than how the fibers lay. When this happens, it will look "messier", but not at all bad. Would definitely recommend!

This rug is my favorite Safavieh handmade rug purchase yet. Hard to go wrong with New Zealand wool, but this one is especially soft and feels so good under our feet. We did purchase a rug pad for extra padding. Haven’t noticed a ton of shedding yet (typical for natural wool rugs) which is great and speaks to its craftsmanship. Highly recommend!

The Safavieh Casablanca shag rug is thick, fairly soft, and substantial I. Weight and quality. It’s a bit darker than I expected, but it still works fine in my children’s bedroom.

Great quality.

This rug is beautiful and I love the mottled coloring. It definitely hides dirt better than your typical mortician rug. However, it does shed… a lot! It also does have a pretty strong wool smell. We’ve had the rug about 4 months and I’m sure shedding will slow down eventually.

Varying neutral shades

I was really pleased with this rug. It's light colored but has so many varying neutral shades in it that I don't think it will show dirt too easily. Also, it's soft so when we can't all fit on the couch.....we can be comfy cozy sitting on the rug.

This is a beautiful rug. I have it in grey and match it with other darker grey rugs. It looks and feels cosy and I am complemented for it a lot

With so many options on Moroccan wool rugs… I decided to go with this one. Quality is good. Was hoping for more solid neutral. But it has a few color variations of beige, brown and grey.
