Quality rug for price.

The rug is beautiful, but when it arrived, it was frayed in one corner. We returned it for an exchange, which was physically exhausting having to move the furniture off of it, roll it up, try to put it back in it's packaging, and carry it to the porch. It meant going to home depot to purchase plastic and rope to get it ready for shipment. Then, we went about a week with no rug (very inconvenient), had to move the furniture onto a pad so as not to damage our hardwood floors that were just refinished, and finally when the replacement rug arrived, it was frayed in the same exact corner! I wonder if it was the same rug, just returned to us again?! I contacted overstock and the only option was, once again, return or replace. Having gone twice through this, with the physical stress on our aging bodies to carry furniture off/on/off/ and on again and to see the rug was still defective - what a disappointment!!! We were so tired moving the furniture, carrying the heavy 10x14 rug into the room, rolling it out, etc., that we were ready to accept the defective rug if we got it for half price, especially since it's defective and won't sell, but overstock said no to that. So we are now looking for the same rug from somewhere else, or will purchase a new rug from somewhere else. So very disappointed.
