arrived folded and the folds don't go away.

Folds never went away or even lessened. Should have shipped rolled!

Very vivid. Deep black, bright white. Feels very soft and plush. Please note pattern is irregular by design. Lays flat and came with no strong smell that I’ve experienced with other rugs. Great value.

The rug design is terrific, but the rug smells badly of mold. I am airing it out in the garage, and in the morning my family even asked what the bad smell was. Luckily I live in the desert and I can steam clean it and dry it in a day. Hopefully the sun will kill whatever is causing the smell. Seems like a lot of work, but probably easier than returning it to look for something else. It is distinctly mold, not just chemicals. Just want to warn others.

The room this is in is not finished yet, but I couldn’t resist laying it out to see how it would look. I bought the 9x12 and it came folded and wrinkled but it flattened out completely in just a day or two. I LOVE it. Nice and plush, we also put a rug pad underneath for extra comfort. I think it looks great and I love the colors. 100 recommend.

Not impressed!

I ordered a 10 foot round rug. It was folded several times and then shrink wrapped for shipping. I have had it several days and it won't flatten out. It's not heavy enough to naturally flatten out. So disappointing!

I'm very happy with this rug. We're using the 10 foot round version in our dining room, and it leaves plenty of room for pulling out chairs without the legs getting caught on the rug. The rug also seems to be a little wider than 10 feet, so I'm glad it's the right size. The pattern and colors are fun and look about the same as the display pictures. Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase!

I purchased this area rug for my primary bedroom over a year ago and it has held up beautifully so far. It still looks new even in a high traffic area of my bedroom. I have two dogs and find this rug is easily vacuumed.

Nice style

This rug is cheap and pretty. It is polyester so there's the whole mircoplastics thing, but otherwise it's a good cheap rug.

This rug was off in measurement, so beware. It’s supposed to be 96” x 120” (8x10) and its true measurement is 92 3/4” x 122”! We also cut the rug pad based on the assumption the rug was true to size so we had to cut again on the width and now the pad is too short lengthwise. Lesson learned to measure the rug first. I’m surprised the rug has so many high ratings. Must have been a bad lot and not a consistent problem.

very nice but problem

after laying this rug still had wrinkles, weeks later still had wrinkles. Although made nice, colors were perfect ~ with the wrinkles it was a tripping hazard. Refunded

3 yrs later I main living area, still going strong

We have had this rug for 3 years. Followed instructions of rolling it up for a few days before placing it where we wanted it. There are definite areas of wear as it is in a heavy foot traffic area and gets lots of daily use. I've shampooed it with a carpet shampooer and it wrinkles up slightly but lays flat again after a few days. I've cleaned multiple stains out of it and they come right out. Got the light grey/ivory. Color is subtle and I do not see blue in it like alot of people have complained about. I am impressed it has held up so well. there are definitely higher quality rugs out there. But for a 15 foot rug that we needed in our main living area, the price could not be beat. And 3 years later of HEAVY daily use it's still going strong.
