High quality and looks stunning

This is a great color palette, hard to find an orange accent with other neutrals in a rug. It unrolled and settled nicely, and the instructions were clear. After positioning it partially under a bed, and an initial vacuum cleaning, it really makes the room. I may do other rooms with this brand; great design sensibility overall.

Love the rug, it's beautiful. The colors are very vibrant and the quality is good. It is perfect for any room of the house where you want to add a touch of color or just for extra comfort. The rug sits sturdy on the floor without any additional padding. Overall a great product

This rug is awesome! Here I am eleven years later and it still looks great and has not flattened! And we have a busy household with shoes in and dogs and even had someone use it as a cushion to sleep on our floor! The colors are still brilliant when we shampoo it and it vacuums up well. So happy we bought it!

Beautiful understated abstract design and colors,

I bought this for my first apartment post graduation. It gets a lot of compliments. I pair it with a white sofa, and white furniture, neutral walls, and it adds just the right pop of color and drama to bring the whole room together. I also have some furniture from Safavieh. They have great quality and superb prices -- very happy with the purchase.

Very nice, thick rug, but colors are more muted

This rug has held up well and is super thick and comfortable on top of our tile living room floor. I was a little disappointed at first because the colors in the photo are much darker than the actual rug. The actual rug is more muted. But this was only one I could find big enough, that was also thick and had the colors I was looking for (sort of). We’ve had this rug several years now and I still have to empty the vacuum canister just after vacuuming this one rug. But it still looks great.

In fact I got the very muted colors and I love it, plus it’s soft, and finding a 9 by 12 rug for *** is a pretty good deal! I thought the pattern might be busy in my small space but it’s not

Color variation like others have posted

Great quality rug but like others have posted the colors shown are different from what is sent. I order a 12x9 rug in the darker rust variation. I received the softer more pastel variation. Both colors work in my room but it seems the color align with the size rug you order. From the pictures posted, the smaller the rug the darker the colors. Would buy again.

Thick & Beautiful

This rug is beautiful! It's thickness & heft are that of a much more expensive rug. The colors are muted hues that work well with many other finishes an details. So it's just enough design detail to make a statement but doesn't overtake everything else in your space. It does shed a bit but, nothing extraordinarily inconvenient to maintain. I've noticed that the shedding issues has subsided and a few runs with a vacuum. By the way, I use this rug in a bathroom and it's holding up well even with heavy and unusual use.

Nice quality but colors are more muted

Beautiful thick wool rug. The colors are much more muted than in the website photo--much lighter--not saturated. I bought the 3x5 for in front of my kitchen sink--nice cushion and the design doesn't show crumbs/dirt much. It did shed a bit in the first few months--but not a big deal to me--vaccuums easily.

Update 7 years later: As good as new. Still like it. Too bad this item is sold out here. But all items from the Safavieh Rodeo Drive collection are beautiful. ----- I am so very happy I purchased this for my hallway! It is beautiful. The colors are vibrant. It is a wool rug and therefore sheds, but to me this is the fun of a wool rug. The shedding usually lasts about two months from my experience with wool rugs. I like the shedding because it allows for good cleaning of the rug, but also because it reminds me I have a real wool rug that is quality! Sheep shed! :-). It is a soft wool feeling, and thick. Not disappointed in any way. :-) Never have found another rug quite like it.

Muted Colors/ 1990's Look

I should have listen to previous reviewers. The rug is of great quality but the colors are muted and dated (meaning it's so obviously it was crafted 15- 20 years ago). Not very modern at all. Mostly TAN color. Keep looking if you want to purchase a newly, fresh look rug...this one is not it.

Colors online are not realistic

We are always satisfied with the customer service at Overstock. Unfortunately, this rug looks nothing like the online pictures. Shown in two colorways, we chose the darker. It is mostly mauves, muddy pinks, browns and tapes. The three blue triangles are more like blue/grey. It is a we love made, heavy, thick rug. This is good if you're keeping it, but not if you need to roll it up and return it to a UPS store for shipping back. Online rug purchases may not be ideal for large rugs. They need to post more realistic color charts of the rugs.

Lovely Rug - Good Quality

Purchased for my Mother's home. Nice color, but slightly lighter than the image shown. Great quality, nice and thick. Some shedding because it's new. After vacuuming a few times no more shedding. Great value too.

I purchased this area rug several years ago. I still use it under my kitchen table. It did shed at first. The rugs thickness shows the quality. The pattern goes great with my floral rug in the same room. The colors are muted. I highly recommend this product.
