Poor Customer Care/Wish Kohl’s Cares

The kitchen island would be excellent, if only it wasn’t shipped from the manufacturer damaged AND Kohl’s took care of their customers like anyone at Kohl’s would like to be treated.

Perfect in every way!

I love everything about the island! Narrow enough to fit a small kitchen with more than enough room to prep. Completes my country styled kitchen. I am short, so I took the casters off and it perfect height for working and even a stool at the one end to sit. The shelf comes in handy for mixing bowls etc.

I really like this kitchen cart! It is both functional and stylish. Having decorative casters makes it even more functional. My cart tabletop was damaged however during shipment. The box it arrived in was ripped and taped to keep parts from falling out. I have pictures of the box. The top was damaged on the front right corner and also a scratch on the back side near the left corner.

Scratched, some digs/dents in the paint..

This table arrived in a torn, dented ripped box. My husband put it together before I had a chance to look it over. It was extremely dusty and streaked with dirt, some that no amount of scrubbing will remove. There are scratches on the front and some digs of paint missing on the legs. The bottom shelf has a slight crack. The table top (which is not charcoal as described) also has some scratches. If this was an inexpensive table, I would expect it, but even with the discounts, it’s overpriced for a table that has been sitting in a dirty warehouse or that was perhaps previously used or owned. I definitely would have returned if my husband didn’t put it together since the one good thing I can say about it, is that it is very heavy. It’s too awkward to take apart and try to return.

this island is AMAZING!! very easy to assemble and built very well. So impressed and looks awesome in my kitchen. Totally worth the buy!
