Runner won't flatten

I've had this runner for almost 3 months, and it hasn't even come CLOSE to lying flat in that time. I tried hanging it, placing flat weighted items all along it, and it still looks like a shar-pei. Not sure what to do.

Soft and beautiful. Perfect in our bedroom! Looks just like the pictures. When first unrolled, it was quite wavy, but those wrinkles smoothed out in a couple of days.

The rug works perfect in front of my doorway. Its very soft but yet thin enough for doors to open freely over. Very pleased with this rug- for quality and price.

This rug is perfect for my kids' playroom. It is a thin material, but it is very soft. The color is as pictured. It has been holding up well with all their cars and toys - no pulls or pills.

I love the pattern but the packing was terrible and the rug looks horrible on my floor - it looks like someone used it and returned it - deciding if I should return it.

Dont get it wet

I loved this product in beginning but after a few weeks I should have returned it. Once it gets wet it starts bubble and won't lay flat. I had to lay bench weight plates all over just to get it to lay semi flat . There are still areas that I can't get to lay flat. It also started to become matted. I would try shampooing it but that would lead me back to my first issue... wouldn't recommend. Very upset, it was a perfect neutral design for my living room.

This rug is a great quality rug. It goes perfect with my decor and has now held up for two years. Easy to clean and comes in the perfect size for my larger living room. Highly recommend this purchase!

Would not recommend

It was nice until my dog vomited on it. After shampooing, it appears that areas shrunk while some areas are unchanged. There are ripples and it won't last flat. Now it's ugly and a fall risk. What a waste.

This is a nice looking rug and vacuums well. I placed it my living room with a coffee table on top and it is just perfect for what I wanted. I like the design and color very much as it’s subtle and nice.
