The rug was ugly and

The rug was ugly and has bare patches exposed. It looks white when under bright indoor lighting. I ended up returning and loosing money on this. One of the ugliest rugs I’ve ever seen. I do not recommend buying this rug.

Nice pattern but thin & crispy

Quick shipping but rug is thin and hard. It came in rolled as rugs do but the creases are deep. I have weights holding the rug down to help lay it out for now. Hopefully that will help. Also, just a reminder that the size isn’t always exact. This one was 2” smaller than actual size making it just a smidge small for my space. Kinda looks like a crispy tortilla with a lovely pattern.

This is such a great product for the price. We couldn't be more pleased with the way the rug looks in person. The color and design looks better in person than it did in the photos. I would absolutely suggest you buy this rug!

Lower quality than expected. Very thin with edging that seems unfinished. Colors were more muted than I had hoped. Ended up replacing it.

The area rug is pretty, but the size I ordered was 6'3" x9' instead the rug I r'cvd was almost 1" shy of 6' which would leave a gap by a few inches between my sofa and the sideboard on opposite wall. Almost 4" too small. Therefore it ends up being too small.

This rug has bald patches throughout. I don't know if it's a defect or intentional to make it to look antique like it was eaten by moths. Either way it looks really bad. I returned it despite the hassle of wrapping it up ect..

Thin rug with interesting design

I wanted a thin rug for my powder room. I also wanted a more unique and interesting pattern. I also chose a round rug vs rectangular. This rug met these needs. Please note: It definitely needs a thin pad. This rug is very thin.

This rug is pure garbage. I have had good luck with other Loloi rugs, but this one didn't last 4 month. Matted in the first few months, Essentially has NO nap left.

This is the thinnest cheapest

This is the thinnest cheapest rug I’ve ever seen. It’s already falling apart at the seams literally. I called customer service and they said it was supposed to be this way based on the style. It’s about as thick as a piece of paper and looks terrible. I have already submitted photos.

Very happy with the carpet. Picture on the website is accurate. My only issue is the carpet is very thin and doesn’t lay flat. Might want to consider rolling it in the opposite direction for a few days before using or you can try steaming or using carpet tape.

Gorgeous rug

This area rug is perfect in our living room. It is beautiful in person and receiving a lot of compliments. I prefer the low pile because it seems like it will be easier to care for. It's also gotten the seal of approval from our daughter and Lab, comfy enough for movie night with a few pillows and a blanket.

The color of this rug is beautiful. I used it for my dining room. I did not put a rug pad underneath it since traffic would be low but if used anywhere else i would definitely use a rug pad because it’s thin, but beautiful for the price!

When I had to return

When I had to return a rug it cost me a shipping charge and restocking fee so I will never suggest or buy a rug from your company again! I found the exact same rug on Amazon and the others I purchased that did not work out they picked up and returns were free. I understand a small fee, but not for a rug I had cancelled months prior only to receive it anyway, never opened or used and was charged a third of what it cost!!

A very lovely rug however it has a huge defect. Exactly half the rug is brighter that the other half. I’ve tried brushing the nap which helps a little. I would like a replacement or a refund.

Pretty runners in nearly every size

Beautiful rug, colors may be a little lighter than described, I don’t see any purple in the rug even through there are purple strands in the weave. The rug is very thin and the thickest pad for floor (tile or wood) is recommended.

This rug is lovely. The muted beige, gray and gold colors are accurate to the online photos. It was on backorder and I had to wait 3 months to get it. It was worth the wait for me, as it finished off my newly decorated bedroom perfectly.

The rug is fine, but I'm extremely irritated at the lack of communication. I ordered a rug a few weeks that was chewed by a neighbor's dog. Only the packaging was ruined, but when I ordered this one, I specifically asked that it be put in my fenced in backyard. It was not, and it was again chewed. It wasn't ruined, but it could've been.

The rug itself is of great quality. It came wrapped odd leaving one corner to be folded the wrong way with a difficult crease. One half of the rug’s print is so light you can’t see the design (we covered this with the couch). It’s not as dark as the photos lead to believe.

The rug is thin as per most comments but it doesn’t bother me. I love that it does NOT shed! The patterns are subtle and overall aesthetics is vintage-y yet it’s versatile enough to work in a more modern setting.

Very thin and feels cheap. Colors are very washed out and a lot lighter than what shows online. I’d return if it wasn’t such a hassle. Overall disappointed in this one as I have purchased other CLJx Loloi rugs and loved them.
