The rug that came was wet and smelled like cat urine. I was very unhappy about this because the rug that came prior to that rug was the Brooklyn rug 7 x 9 and it looked as though someone had used it in their home, never vacuumed it and rolled it up and sent it back to Bed Bath & Beyond when I opened it the top was all kind of food and nasty stuff in fringe and in the sequence that was on the rug

This rug was everything I wanted it to be and more!!! Gorgeous, understated chic, super fuzzy underfoot.
Ivory rug is YELLOWED!
Very disappointed to receive this rug in its condition. I ordered an IVORY rug and i could have even lived with a cream color, but this one is yellowed throughout, and especially on one end. It looks as tho it has been stored too long or in a humid environment or got wet or something!! The photos dont show how bad it really is so i placed a white sheet of paper to compare. The only option is to return the rug which a cannot even lift let alone bring to shipper and also be charged for return shipping. No wonder it was much cheaper on this website. Stay away if you are expecting a new FRESH rug. This looks like it has been in a home of a heavy smoker for 50 years.
