Dull colors, not as displayed in website

the rug came in a torn cover, looking very dull and damp. the red color shown in the website is more pink than red. the rug wasnt bright at all. i ended up returning it.

This rug was high quality, thick and plush! The only negative aspect would be that the picture of it would make one think it is much brighter than it is...however, I ended up liking the muted tones mire!!

Quality good, but colors are not true to photo.

I just received the rug yesterday. The rug has nice thick, soft pile, and seems to be good quality. However, the colors are way off from the photo. I was expecting the rug to have "Tuscany" look, with rich reds and golds. The "red" is definitely not red. It's more of a muted rust.

Full thick rug, great quality

Overall a good rug. Very good looking and is very full-feeling under your feet. Like I said, the only thing is that the deep red shown in the image really isn't that deep rich red - but more of a dark pink than anything. Still, I would buy again.

Fast shipping. We like the colors of rug, and they enhance our modern glass-top table very well. One thing that was not expected that it does shed a lot, but I am hoping it will go away after a few more times of vacumning.

Nifty runner

This runner is the just right combo of modern and classic. The colors in the pic are true to life. It looks great against my oak floor, and it's nice to walk on: thick and plush.

Nice Rug

Excellent rug...needs airing out for a day or two. Sheds a lot in the beginning, but the rug is ultra soft and doesn't need a pad. The only thing that was unexpected is that the rug is somewhat more muted than the photos. Really much softer colors. The picture is Very red and gold, but is actually more a beige and brick color. Still very pretty and it works perfectly with my black bookcases. I'm a fan.

Poor Quality

This rug is very poor quality. It sheds very badly, and the fibers fall out, they're not sewn securely to the rug. If you have cats...Do not get this, there is something about the smell of the wool attracts them like a magnet. All three of my cats think it's a scratching post.

Wool Runner

The quality of this rug and the rich hues were a pleasant surprise for me when the runner arrived. I don't think the photo on Overstock does it justice. I would definitely recommend this to purchase.

Amazing!

I am so pleased with the rugs i have purchased. They are thick and soft at the same time. The color is slightly lighter than i had anticipated ,but it is better that way ,and overall it is an amazing rug that i would recommend to anyone.When people come to my house they admire my new rugs and i am very pleased.

Beige/Red Rodeo Runner

The runner is beautiful. The colors are just like the picture shown online. We had it for less than a month, it's still shedding. The runner is thick and very comfy on the feet. Hopefully it will not shed as much after a few months. Overall, I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to our friends.

Fabulous rug!

I was somewhat skeptical when I ordered this one -- I couldn't tell very well from the picture what kind of red this rug has. I was thrilled when I unrolled it! It's gorgeous -- it has numerous shades of red (they are all very bright, so if you are looking for a muted or darker red, like maroon, this rug is not for you) and it matches my bright red couch perfectly. It's very, very soft under my feet, which was most important to me. It's been down for three days and I've noticed it sheds a lot, especially when I vacuum, but I'm sure that will stop once it's broken in. It really is quite beautiful and it gives my living room a modern feel with a touch of Egyptian/old world accent. I love it, I would definitely recommend it if the style matches your personal preference.

Beautiful Rug

Bought 3 of these rugs for a small hotel lobby from 5' X 8' to 8' X 12'. I was concerned that the colors would be too strong and bright as they appeared on the computer when in fact the colors were actually more subdued and deeper than they appeared to be on screen which is exactly what I needed. Rugs were perfect for the color sceme that I was working with, golden ambers and rusty red and a hint of a rusty brown. Perfect

Nice rug, colors and size not as listed

The rug is soft and plush. I would like to warn the potential buyer that the colors are not quite as bright as they seem in the picture: the red is more of a muted reddish-brown, while the browns and beiges have more of a taupe, subdued tint. Another thing is that the listing says the rug is 8' in diameter, however, it is 7'9" (as specifically posted on the back of the rug). It is made in China.
