We got the rug for our family room and we’re very pleased with it! It’s nice and thick and the quality is great. I fell in love with the texture and pattern. I was a bit hesitant the pattern would be too stark or overwhelming for the rug size we were getting. But the stripes through the diamonds soften the pattern and ended up being exactly the aesthetic I was going for! The only reason I gave it four stars is because it does shed. I guess that’s to be expected with wool rugs and at the larger size we got but this is my first wool rug so I was a bit surprised. However we have lighter floors and vacuum everyday so it’s not that noticeable. Overall we’re very happy with our purchase!

We absolutely hated this rug, my husband also hated this rug. We are selling a 2 million house and it does not belong there. We ended up tearing out all of the furniture we bought for the house because this rug was so ugly for it. It was not good at all. I don’t even know what else to say.

This rug is gorgeous! The cream coloring is ‘raised,’ providing awesome texture to the room. It is nice a thick! Vacuuming it is a bit nerve wracking, but so far so good.

Very soft and beautiful rug. The only reason for 4 stars is due to how Dog hair so easily binds to the rug. You Have to vaccum the same area a few times for it to come up and we have a great quality vaccum.

Ok this area rug is absolutely stunning, completely elevated my entire apartment! It was back ordered for almost a month when I ordered, but it was worth the wait. Originally said I would have to wait towards the end of the month for delivery but it even came sooner than expected date! There’s NO shedding. It’s nice and fluffy. It’s so worth the price.

This rug colors appear different in real life than in the picture, but is still a beautiful pattern and the colors still worked for my room. There was quite an unpleasant odor at first (dead rodent came to mind), but it dissipated after a few days. The rug seems to pick easily, which is disappointing based on the price. I have purchased other, less expensive rugs and haven’t had this happen. I’m hoping that over time the picked areas will add character and not just make it seem shabby. Truly love the design and of course I’ll keep it because it’s too late to return, but it’s worth reading the reviews before purchasing since many of us are making the same comments.

aesthetically gorgeous, however I've had it since March it gets vacuumed often and is still shedding 7 months later. Would still buy again.

I love this rug! It's so cute and looks higher end. I don't think the shedding is a big deal as others have mentioned, but I'm so disappointed that it has glue in a few places. I was going to live with it but it's been attracting dust and hair. A huge bummer since now I'm stuck with a damaged rug.

This rug is phenomenal. I purchased the Charcoal color in 7'9" x 9'9" for my home office. Obviously, I measured the intended area before purchasing; the rug fits the office perfectly. Because this is intended to have an office chair rolling over it, I did not purchase a rug pad with it. If you need to have a door or doors clear the height of the rug, make sure to measure this ahead of time. For example, my office doors would not clear the height of this rug if I needed them to, but I intended to place the rug further away from the doors so this was not an issue for me.

In love! Ive been admiring this rig for a long time. I bought other rugs that were less expensive but I shouldve just purchased this one from the beginning. It is fantastic! I have a rug pad under mine that Id had for my previous rug. It is great quality.

This rug sheds SO much. Even after over one month with this rug and vacuuming the rug over and over again, it continues to shed all over. There is white lint all over my house

The picture of this rug shows an ivory beige solid looking base with charcoal diamond shape. The rug I received is a mix of brown and tan with back and brown diamonds. The texture is very coarse and scratchy. Customer service is terrible. Wants me to pay 83 to ship this rug back when the color does not match the picture at all. I have been buying from Wayfair for years and recommending. I will not be anymore.

Sheds like crazy! I have had it for 4 months and after many, many vacuums, it is still shedding. It sticks to our clothes, furniture, ect. We find the hairs everywhere! It looks amazing, but not worth it. We are having to toss it because we kept finding the hairs on our baby’s belongings.

I want so bad to give this 5 stars! In appearances, it's incredible. It looks and feels lush and expensive and perfectly finishes my room. The reason I'm taking a star away is because 1) it sheds a ton, which I know is true of wool rugs, 2) it frequently has loose carpet loops that I snip off, and 3) it is very scratchy to sit on the floor with bare legs.
