The rug is really pretty, but it had 3 areas where the Jute was sticking out. I am returning the item opted not to buy the same rug as I fear the quality could likely be the same.

I've had the rug for a little over a year and I can't say it's held up well. We do have a dog and it's in a higher traffic hallway so keep the location in mind when purchasing. I have a feeling we will be replacing soon. Not a soft jute, but does get a bit more relaxed over time!

Beautiful rug! It brought color into my toddlers room without being too overwhelming. The texture is not soft even with the cotton aspect of it, but honestly don’t mind as it does help it not feel as rough as jute. We used a rug mat underneath for a little more comfortable feel when walking on it. Love this rug though!

Love these rugs!

The rug doesn't look like the picture. It is natural jutte that is tattered and looks worn. As I have used the rug pieces have begun to stick out.

This is a very poor quality rug, colors do not match the photos and it is very rough. My first item came damaged with dark brown yarn it it and seemed very worn, Wayfair provided a replacement but that also looked awful. Wayfair only refunded me for one but charged me for two orders, which is frustrating given both were returned

Lost rug

My rug was lost by Fed Ex but through the assistance of Barry and Diane at Rugs Direct it was replaced and delivered today. Good job guys!

I love it but it’s so he are under the feet and doesn’t lay completely flat but keeps scrambling when my kids play on it

I saw this rug on many Pinterest boards and shoppable links. I love the look but when it arrived, the packaging was moist leading to discoloration and smell. Unfortunately, I will not be keeping this rug and wouldn't recommend it. It's very scratchy and low quality.
