The product is great! I just ordered one too many for a new home and we are unable to return the fourth that has never been opened because I was 2 weeks past the return period by the time we moved into our new home. Customer service is difficult and not understanding at all!

So very disappointing. I ordered before a long trip and returned home to a gorgeous box spring cover. I immediately threw packaging away and put it on but its not stretchy like cheaper versions, and is way too large for my bed with no ability to tuck in all the loose fabric. Just awful. If it does not shrink in wash I will be forced to spend $100 on alterations. Highly do not recommend unless uou have a very thick box spring.
