Better than pictured!

This small rug was waaaay nicer than the photo showed. I know, it’s WHITE! But I didn’t place it where it’s the first thing stepped on. It’s gloriously thick and very attractive. Must be vacuumed right away to pick up excess material. I love it!

Great shag rug.

Great shag rug. Does shed but feels like it's going to last us a long while! The wool is high quality. Note that pattern is pretty sparse and subtle.

Excellent Service and Product

I love my rug. It looks so great in my bedroom and feels so soft. I had to make a change of original order to this one and service rep handled everything for me with no problem. Delivery was much sooner than expected. I look forward to enjoying this rug for many years.

A great rug at a great price

The rug is pretty much exactly what it looks in the photos. It sheds a little but nothing that isn't manageable or expected. It's soft and looks very stylish.

Excellent quality, gorgeous style

This plush wool rug has been underfoot daily for several months, and still looks and feels wonderful. I was concerned about the shag becoming compacted, but it is resilient and has natural loft. The color and pattern are accurately depicted online, and work beautifully in my Scandinavian style living room.

The look and feel of this rug is great, however, the maintenance of the rug is the reason for the rating. It's super cozy and nice to sit on but keeping it clean is another story. We've had this rug for more than a year and a half and it still sheds like crazy. We have wool pieces floating across our hardware floors all the time. White fibers attach to your socks and pants like you've been hugging a furry dog. Also, because the fibers are long and shed, getting it clean with a vacuum is a nightmare. The vacuum gets full very quickly so it's quite an ordeal to have to empty it constantly. I will not buy another wool rug after this experience.

Although this rug had an odor when first unwrapped, I let it air out for a few days before putting it in my bedroom. It's absolutely beautiful and so nice to step on first thing in the morning.

This rug sheds ALOT and isn't comfy to make up for it. It's itchy and tough to clean.

I actually ordered this rug for our new office reception area. We have five floors, designed by architects and professional interior designers. Our reception area, white marble, grey walls. etc. needed something to soften it all. This rug did the trick! Even the designers commented in a very positive way on it when they came back for final meeting. It's a beautiful, classy rug.

Nice, accurate colors as shown in pictures. Ivory and grey. The carpet is a bit shaggier than I expected, but it looks cozy and comfortable.

I purchased this rug because of its beautiful design. Looks great on hard wood floors and also went well with my turquoise colored couch. It gave my living room life! Unfortunately I had to return it. My dog sheds a lot and so I needed a rug that was less thick. I would have kept it otherwise.

A truly great price on a quality rug. Color is very creamy and even reads yellowish in certain light - don't love that but happy to have a natural rug after having to get rid of the off-gazing chemical rug we had before. This does shed a ton but that's typical of wool especially shag.
