Quality rug

Great quality nice thickness……only issue is darker than the photo……wish it was lighter

Love the rug, color is not exactly what is represented on Wayfair which is why only three stars. There is a variation in the grey. Wayfair really needs to make sure colors represented are accurate especially since they charge you for return shipping! So really the problem is Wayfair.

Love the rug. Its a warm gray color, with a little brown tint on the while lines at certain angles. It sheds a bit, but nearly not as much as I expected it too based on previous reviews.

After 4 months, it is showing lots of dirt and wear marks, even where my feet simply rest on the carpet wen I'm sitting on the couch. I don't wear shoes in the house. No kids, no pets. Sadly this rug is no good to me anymore. I do not recommend.

Do not order from overstock- dirty and imperfect!

The rug was delivered stained and imperfect. Anytime I try to contact customer care, there is over a 2 hour wait. So frustrated with this company. Impossible to return anything!

Shedding rug

Particles of the rug continue to shed profusely and end up on other surfaces even 4 weeks into owning this rug. When vacuuming, the entire canister gets filled with the hairs of this rug in a matter of seconds.

The rug is beautiful, and looks just how I had hoped it would. However, this rug sheds a LOT. I have to empty my vacuum dirt cup twice while vacuuming this rug. It's a shame, and I wonder how long this rug will last, as a result. I'm happy to have a natural wool rug, but this amount of shedding is just ridiculous.

I LOVE these rugs, the pattern, the feel, and the elegant look! But I ordered two creambrown rugs and realized they were two totally different shades of brown. The rugs are close together in my home so it was noticeable. One rug was dark brown while the other was light tan. I requested a replacement..and the replacement is the same color as either of the first two! It’s the shade of brown in between. So I’m happy with them, but confused with them. And wish I could’ve received two that were the same!

Not impressed! Right when I unrolled this rug I thought “ oh no, a return” it had stains on the underside of one corner and Has some plastic pieces imbedded in the carpet that if you walk on it barefoot it hurts. Never been this disappointed in a Rug before!

Love this rug! The colors are rich and lux. The silver thread is shimmery silk and the cream is just yummy. Have had it a week and still waiting for it to lay flat.
