Very Disappointed

I ordered the 8x10 Heritage Kiana rug to go in a room with blue-gray walls and light green furniture. The rug online looked like it would complement the colors well with its light greens and blues, and ivories and browns. I even looked at the pictures others uploaded in their reviews. Unfortunately, the rug I received is filled with dark golds, deep reds, dark greens and browns. It doesn't go with my room at all. I'm very disappointed. I thought they had sent me the wrong rug but I checked the model number on the package and it is correct. I know the description said there could be variations in colors but the variations shouldn't be so drastic that they change the whole dynamics of a cool vs. warm color palette. I'm giving 2 stars because it is a nice thick rug and it is pretty but I can't recommend it because you can't count on the rug looking like the one you ordered. Less

Unhappy customer

Both rugs were very nice looking, but the smell was terrible. The rugs stunk like mold and gave my husband and I sore throats. Also the rugs were exactly alike, but one of them weighed more than the other like it was damp. The next day we returned them to Walmart for a complete refund, which we haven’t received yet. I need my money returned Wal-mart, soon!

Poor Quality

The rug pills badly. Constantly have to vacuum excessive shedding.

Safavieh rugs never fail to meet all my expectations. Color and quality are perfect for my room. Pile depth is thicker than I thought it would be but not complaining. It’s a light brown so don’t expect to get a chocolate color rug

The carpet is thick and beautiful but it’s itchy. Wool get stick to the cloths. My little one don’t want to sit on it. Otherwise it’s a beautiful piece.

Sadly was never delivered. Working with FedEx to find it. Found it! Delivered to wrong address! The carpet is beautiful! Well made, thick, good coloring, and heavy.

Milk not Dark Chocolate

The rug is thick, but there is a bit of shedding and it is taking a while for the smell to dissipate. It is also pretty even though the colors are not as vibrant as they appear. The brown has a green tinge and the beige border is more buttery. (There is a brown chair and beige sofa in photo for reference.) The sage green accents and quality are the main reasons we'll keep it.

Beautiful Rug!

This rug is beautiful! It has more colors than just brown and ivory - a bit of red, green and blue. Makes it interesting, not bland - but definately tasteful! The design is also great. It took me a while to find the right colors and design and this rug fits the bill. I have a good rug pad underneath and the rug is so comfy underfoot. Update: I've had this rug 6 years now and we're still enjoying it! At first it shed a lot - as expected. Love the colors - we have small kids who are constantly spilling drinks and you can't even tell. The rug is holding up just fine - no complaints! But now I'm in the market for a new style. I'm now on Overstock searching for my next rug and will probably go with another Safavieh.
