I bought this because Wayfair offered a unique size I needed: 11 x 13. I wouldn't have bought it if it hadn't come in this size. When it arrived it was actually 11 x 15. It was clearly labeled 11 x 15 on the back of the rug (which I only discovered after realizing the rug was too big for the space I ordered it for). It weighs 107 pounds, and yet I will have to wrap it up and get it ready for Fedex to take back. The customer "service" rep was unsympathetic and acted like Wayfair is doing me a favor by even taking this rug back and giving me a refund. I was already aggrieved, and his patronizing tone didn't help. I will be rewrapping and returning this mis-sized, misrepresented and very heavy rug, and I hope my lower back will forgive me. Lesson learned: Don't trust the dimensions listed on Wayfair's website. I have made many Wayfair purchases in the past, but this was my last.

Warm and Inviting Rug

We live in a mountain town with hard winters, so I wanted something warm, thick and welcoming and this rug perfectly fits the bill. I bought a 6'x6' in cream and tan for the foyer. It is soft with a modern, luxurious texture. The color is wonderful. We are so happy with this purchase and you will be too.

Since getting this rug 6 months ago, we have received so many compliments from men and women and all age groups. Its a very neutral color (we chose the multi) but feels fresh and updated. Its something I would buy over and over. One caveat, it does shed for a while. Just plan for that and no regrets!

After 7 years in a very colorful space, I decided to go tone-on-tone neutral in my new apartment. This rug is EXACTLY what I needed...interesting texture and varied tones while still incredibly neutral.It's VERY soft, and so far none of the loops have caught or snagged on anything (and I've moved furniture and vacuumed it).

I've only had this runner for a week but so far I love it! I placed it at the end of my bed in my bedroom. It's super soft and I love walking on it! My cat loves it, too. This color has a warm hue to it.

Overall decent rug, however the beige colorway looked more neutral online and is very brown in person. Too much of a hassle to try to return it so i'll try to make it work. Also the rug has a strong chemical smell that i'm hoping goes away with time.
