Beautiful rug. Very heavy and well made. However, the color was a lot darker than portrayed on website. Other reviewers said the same thing. They are right. It's a dark grey but casts a bit of green when paired with my dark grey sofa.

We have several of these rugs in different sizes. They are very attractive and we have received lots of compliments. They also wear really well, but do shed a lot at the beginning

Darker than expected

Lovely rug, but it was darker than expected. The color was not accurate in the photos and I unfortunately elected to return. High quality, interesting design.

Nice looking rug, but significant color variance

This is a very nice looking rug, and while we understand it is handmade - there are a couple of spots of significant color variance. It shed a lot for about the first year, which we know is normal for a natural fiber rug. I don't think we would purchase again, as it is not at all comfortable when sitting on it - like there are poke-y pieces that are uncomfortable. It would not feel good for a baby to crawl on, or a child to sit and play on. Also, we now only purchase *certified* ethically made rugs.

Comfy and thick underfoot!

We love this rug. It is thick and soft underfoot. It's shedding a bit which is to be expected with wool but I am not finding big balls of shedding wool everywhere which has happened with other wool rugs I have owned. The color is definitely taupey.. not too grey not brown. I put it in a living room with a rose colored couch and accented with rust and green pillows which probably sounds like a little much but it works with the rug. I have had it for a few weeks now and have been very happy with the purchase.

Pretty... but has more grey hues than I expected or wanted.

Comfortable hallway rug

This rug matched the description and picture on line. It ended up being a bit too short to use as a runner in our main hallway, but it worked perfectly on a stairway landing. Comfortable underfoot and looks good.

Gorgeous

Love this rug! It feels thick and the tribal-inspired design adds a global style to the room. The colors are just right if you need a touch of gray but want to warm it up with tan. I have a greige walls and a dark brown leather sofa, and it looks great. with a Note that the cream color is more of an ivory, so on the yellow side. I was hoping for cream, but it worked well with my room. It's a nice upgrade from our old rug.

This rug works well with so many room styles. Very versatile and good quality for the money. Will work with any style decor. It works with modern and transitional.

Very grey not tan like the picture

The rug did not look like the picture when it arrived and I laid it out. The rug is very grey and white. Not the lovely tan in the picture. Also the size was not the same as the picture. The size was 7'6" x10 I measured. It wasn't 8x10 like advertised. Unfortunately I had to return it.

This is a great coordinate to the Wyndam Elyette rug in my family room. It looks great in the entry and is great quality. So glad I found these rugs!

I was hesitant to order such an expensive rug online without seeing it in person, as colors can vary greatly over the internet. However, this rug is so incredibly beautiful and well made. I am SO happy with it. The colors are gorgeous, the material fantastic. I love it!
