I ordered this rug in blue last year twice and each time I received a black rug instead of the blue rug that was ordered. I returned the rug both times. I was told I will be notified when the rug becomes available in the color I ordered. I received an email in April, 2024 indicating the rug was available. I ordered the rug and again when received it was the black rug. I contacted customer service explained what has taken place multiple times and I was assured they will make sure the information will be forwarded and I would be able to get the color ordered. Therefore, I ordered the rug again and again received a black rug. Obviously, I want the blue rug that I have ordered several times but the hassle is more than I want to encounter. It has been the most disappointing shopping experience I’ve ever had.

Thick and Plush!

I bought the 6'x6' Octagon wool rug in ivory and gold for my downstairs living room. I only had a small area between 2 love seats and I was trying to match the color with my decor. The rug is beautiful, the octagon size fits perfect, and the color is so pretty. The rug is thick and plush with wool carving into the rug giving it a rich look and feel. I am very pleased with the quality and design of this rug.

Waste of time- horrible

Returned it. After 3 days of trying to flatten out, not getting any better. Turned it over , still wrinkled, put books on it, still wrinkled, then put in sun on my newly power washed deck, still wrinkled. Waste of my time and energy! Also horrible disgusting mildew/musty/basement smell that stunk up my entire home,!I spent hours trying to flatten it.

My new favorite rug! Cannot beat it at the price. Much thicker, softer, and fluffier than expected. Colors are rich and exactly as pictured. Received the Furbaby Seal of Approval.

Soft and lush!

I purchased this rug in burgundy and it is absolutely beautiful and well made, it looks fantastic on our new hardwood flooring and is similar to one that I had in storage since moving into this house.

Rugs smells like mold. So far nothing has helped, placed in sun, lysol etc!

MUSTY SMELL

The rug itself is beautiful, however, it smelled awful. It smelled musty and moldy like it got wet and never dried properly. We thought it was just the plastic it was sent in but after unrolling the rug realized the plastic took on the smell of the rug. We returned it. Even the UPS clerk thought it smelled terrible. I am hesitant to reorder
