Beautiful Runner!

This is a beautiful runner that I bought along with a matching area rug. Unfortunately I had to return it because I didn't realize my hall was a less than the width of the rug. I loved it though and I love the matching area rug that I have in my living room. Very nice quality. I wish it came in a smaller width so that I could use one in my hall.

Beautiful rug; exceptional return policy

Beautiful rug! However, the design is a little too bold and the rug a little too wide for my entryway, which is only 4 feet wide. It overpowers the room. So, I returned it and ordered a narrower runner with a similar but more muted design, which is perfect! I'm giving rugs.com five stars for their large collection and excellent return policy. It's really difficult to select the right rug online, but their return policy allows one to buy with confidence, and the large selection means that you can find what you need.

Nain runner

The entire process was so easy and the rug is really nice! It arrived promptly. I had purchased the same rug in the past and was pleased that I could get the same rug in a different size. I will most definitely buy from Rugs.com in the future.

Soft and doesn't feel cheap

I got a great deal on this rug so I was a little concerned that it was going to be very thin. It's not. It rolled out mostly flat almost immediately; there are just a few small creases that took a few days to flatten out. The colors seem true to the picture. The navy blue is so dark that it looks like black from afar. We were so impressed with the rug that we immediately bought another to put them end-to-end to cover our very long hallway.

Image matches the real thing

Ordering textiles online is a risk. You never know if you're getting the color you're seeing or if it's going to be exactly as described. I am happy to report that my rug was what I expected. I appreciated the care instructions included as well.

Not enough sizes for this runner

I loved the runner rug ,colors were just what I was looking for ,unfortunately it didn’t have more sizes to choose from or that it could have been custom cut . I had to return it. Customer service was very friendly ,patient and accommodating. I purchased another I hope this will be just as beautiful.

So happy with this runner

I have been looking at rugs like it's my full-time job! I came across this rug and I thought it was very pretty. I was worried about the size (this is the 3x13) however it's perfect! Very bright colors and it coordinates very well with our home! We just got it today so it will have to flatten out. I couldn't be happier!!

Great runner

Was nervous about ordering a rug on line, you never know for such what quality you are going to get. The rug was perfect. Excellent quality, lays flat, binded securely. I ordered a second one after walking on the first one for a week. I am very pleased with my purchase and will return to this site when purchasing any more rugs.

SOOOO NICE!!!

I absolutely love my new rug. It is so pretty in person. And it feels good to walk on as well. Very good quality! Worth every penny and very happy with my purchase and have since purchased 3 more rugs from them. My house looks so pretty now. And WOW! What a difference just a few rugs will make in your home. Nice contrast

I bought 2 of these, 1 for the hallway and the other to have custom sized, cut and bound for each landing of the staircase. They look perfect. I really like the amount of contrast in the design. IMPORTANT NOTE: The description says that the runner is 3' wide which is the exact width of our landings. The runner is actually 3' 3/4" wide so I had to have the runner trimmed on the sides as well as cut to the proper length, then bound on all 4 sides instead of just the ends in order to fit and not buckle up. Despite that, I am very happy with the results and my husband loves the finished effect.
