Rug was thinner than expected and arrived with stains

I always love the rugs I order from Bed Bath and Beyond. Unfortunately, this rug was much thinner than expected. And it also arrived with stains as I don't think it was packaged well prior to shipping.

The runner I received looks different than what is pictured. The runner pictured has just one row of diamond pattern running lengthwise down the middle of it. The rug I received has two rows, and it’s just a matter of taste but I don’t like it as much. I wouldn’t have ordered this rug. It also sheds like crazy and its white fiber “hairs” get tracked all over the bedroom. It doesn’t feel very nice under the feet either.

This rug is so beautiful and elevated my space without being too busy. My dogs have been playing on it for a year now and it has still held up without too much shedding. I am very impressed that it defends itself against stains and has stayed squishy (with a rug pad underneath). Would buy again !

Not a fan of this rug.. it came dirty and I can't get all of the little dirt purses up because it's stuck in the wool threading..

Love this rug! I’ve had it for 6 months now. It’s in the master bedroom. Even with with pets and kids running around, the rug is still looking very much like it did the first day. Definitely recommend a thick padding underneath. There is some shedding, like others reviewed, but I noticed that it decreases a lot after some time. We still get a little but if your floors are vacuumed at least one a week you probably won’t ever notice it. I would purchase again.

Absolutely not

This was the worst! I bought a condo with wood floors and purchased this rug for the bedroom. It shed something horribly. I had the rug for four months and gave it away. Every time I vacuumed, it filled my entire canister within a minute. I thought eventually it would stop shedding, but it never did. I vacuumed it constantly. The wool would float all over the condo and land on every surface.......counters, furniture, even saw it floating airborne. Was constantly dusting and sweeping. Couldn't stand it any longer and had wall to wall carpet put in. Problem solved! Unless you want to vacuum and dust every single day, do not buy it.

Love the look of this rug! Goes great in our modern neutral bedroom. I really like the texture differences in the design. Fairly thick pile although we opted to add much cushion with a rug pad underneath. The only reason I docked it a star is because it sheds horribly. We've had it for 4 months and it's still shedding a ton. Even with the shedding, I'd still buy again.

Purchased for a client and she was thrilled. Seems to be well made and really warmed up her living space. Does shed a bit initially. I read a review about this so vacuumed it a couple times before placing in my clients home.

Textured wool dining room rug.

Patterned wool rug. Perfect for a dinning room or large area. The Pattern adds depth to the rug and blends perfectly with lighter colored wood or LVP flooring. The rug will shed a bit when vacuumed.

I absolutely LOVE it..!!!

It’s hard to clean this rug but still pretty for our mid century modern house , the only reason I gave 4 star because it makes the house really dirty every day and I have to vacuum the floor all the time because it loose a lot of lint still after 1 year of the purchase

Ordered 2 of these and they look great. They need a really good vacuum when you get them as there are lots of bits that come off. They are soft enough that they do not feel bad when you walk across them on bare feet/socks etc.

Beautiful Rug

Love the rug! Has great texture and pattern, vacuums well. The wool does shed but comparable to other wool rugs. I have in my family room and love how it makes the room feel cozy yet elegant.

This rug is beautiful. It is so very soft to walk upon. Prettier than pictured and is true off white color. Ordered on a Monday and arrived on Thursday.....
