Horrible Service

This was my first purchase with Lulu and Georgia and it has been such a horrible experience that I want to warn anyone thinking of purchasing from this company. I ordered a new rug and rug pad. The rug pad came first and the delivery company left it outside my gate to sit in the rain all day when there is cover right at my front door. The rug came the next day and I came home to a broken wrought iron gate. It’s clear they rammed the closed gate, not locked just closed, with the carpet and broke it as the gate was laying on the ground when I returned home. The delivery company left no note or message for the damage that they caused.

Soft, nubby, perfect under foot in the mornings! Beautiful color with flecks of dark that bring out our dark walls.

The rug is beautiful - and so soft. It feels really good on my bare feet. I was waiting to see how it looked before purchasing for my dining and living room. Which I'll now do.

Beautiful - Neutral color

Rug is beautiful and was shocked how well LL&G did with capturing the true look of the rug in their photos. Shopping for rugs online is the worst, so I will be coming back to Lulu & Georgia for rugs again.

Soft and Beautiful

I hate buying rugs online. You never know what the quality is like and the colors are never in person what they seem to be on a computer screen. Unfortunately it's hard to find rugs in stock in stores these days. Took a risk with this one and it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for to add just the right amount of warmth and texture to a coastal minimalist space. This was my first purchase from Lulu and Georgia and I will definitely look to source product from here again for upcoming projects.

Beautiful neutral rub but it's crooked.

Beautiful rug but it's uneven. One end of the rug is obviously wider than the other end so it looks a little crooked.

We are loving the Taos rug! It's a perfect neutral that looks like it will do well with our kids and dog and its soft too!

Love this rug! It is subtle in color, but the texture makes it very durable and hides stains. Very soft to the foot. Heavy rug that doesnt slip and slide or bunch up (although there is a rug pad under).

Hands Down Favorite Rug

I have now purchased this rug for 2 different homes and am completely in love with it. It is soft and nice on your feet while being durable. We have pets and it is a great job of handling their wear and tear. Highly recommend for any space.
