Not very comfortable but looks good.

I had purchased 2 like chairs, Borquez 22" Barrel Chair from Willa Arlo Interiors, from another vendor but thought anything from the C. Knight Home collection may be of better quality and more comfortable. Actually the C. Knight chair is a bit darker with a very slight yellow tint. In addition the cushion is hard and the back is such you need a pillow not to lean backwards (and I'm tall). It looks good but not very functional. Maybe it will loosen up with use??? I would not suggest the purchase.

I think thjey are exactly what is described. I needed small chairs to finish off the living room. The material is fine. One of the nails popped off immediately but it went back just fine. The legs are kinda cheap looking to me but overall they are a great value. The bottom line is that I didn't want to spend too much on a chair that the cats would tear up. So far, they don't like smooth leather products so I'm happy for now.

This chair has a bit more of a "plasticy" feel than another bonded leather chair that I own. The seat itself has a foam cushion that I would not like to sit in for long periods of time. However, as a chair in the corner of the master bedroom which is mainly used to keep throw pillows on while the bed is being used, it works great. it's also very good-looking. I did have a delivery problem: the box and packaging were punctured, as was the back of the chair. Overstock allowed me to send photos and choose between returning it for a refund, or giving a partial credit into my Club O account if I kept the chair.

Don't worry!

I purchased two of these and was very reluctant since I had never purchased furniture online before. This was several years ago and these chairs have held up fantastic! Very well made and sturdy. They still look as beautiful as they did when they were new & if something does get on them, just wipe clean with damp cloth. You can't go wrong with these chairs! We've received many compliments on them. I will buy Christopher Knight Home chairs again

Perfect for my needs

I was looking for an off-white contemporary look and this fit perfectly. All the positive reviews made my decision easy. Fully assembled also made it nice. I was having company in the evening; these arrived about 3:00. I was able to get them out of the boxes and rearrange things before my event. The chairs are stiff, which makes them easy to get in and out. My older friends can't get in and out of deep cushions easily. The arms are a nice height for sitting comfortably. Seat pan is too deep for short people, but a pillow at the back works. I highly recommend these chairs.

Contemporary and Comfortable

After looking in stores and online I finally settled on this chair for my master bedroom. As other reviewers have done - I will be ordering another one. This chair arrived quickly and was packaged very well. There was no assemble - just unwrapped and placed in the corner. It is perfect for the space and works well as an every day chair or accent chair in any room. I will be purchasing another one for the entertainment room - perhaps in the black. The quality is great and it is very comfortable for me - I am 5'3''. I do use a throw pillow as the seat has a nice depth and rounding to it. I wish there was a footstool/ottoman to match these chairs. I have been looking for one but can't seem to find the right size - needs to be around 14-15" h. Love overstock!
