Total Disappointment and money!

Purchased for Laundry Room it looked okay after it was put together but turned into a nightmare when installing. Instructions said to put a piece of wood on the wall first but after it was hung it leaned forward at the top.

Loose hinge mechanism

The doors were very difficult to align properly, and really never did in the end, too much ‘play’ in the hinge mechanism.

I to cancel this order because I don’t have the room for it. How do I refund this item? Do I took it to Walmart?

Worth the effort.

Cabinets were fairly simple to assemble and it would be difficult to build it at the price I paid. instructions were clear and parts well organized. I purchased 3 total cabinets (2 types) and it took my wife and I about 6 hours to assemble. The last cabinet had holes drilled in the wrong location which delayed the overall project by 2 weeks waiting on replacement parts. Dont bother with the phone %23. Go to their website with your replacement part %23's and instructions in hand. Take photos of the problem and include them with your service request. It was an irritation because someone wasnt paying attention on the production line and no quality check prior to shipping. I did however get the replacement parts eventually shipped at no cost to me. Customer service was pretty good and I have to believe they lost money on my problem. The cabinets are great and Im glad we went this route. I will buy from them again for a good storage solution when needed.

Great company and product

First time ordering from this company. I was very pleased. Great product for the money. Came undamaged. I took my time with assembly and glued joints as I went. Would also recommend extra wall support if you intend to load it up. Will order from them again.
