Several things…one, in the website they were listed as black out curtains, which was what I was looking for, although the picture did not look like they were. Once I received them, they were marked as sheers. I only received one panel, not the two. I spent hours with customer service chat. They were going to charge me to send them back until I sent photos-screen shot of the page listing as black outs, pics of the ONE panel that was so sheer you could see my hand through it. The first rep, Rhianna supposedly took care of everything, and I would get the email label and return to my account…I received nothing. The second rep confirmed nothing was noted. Had to contact a third time. Maybe the guy was new, but kept putting me on hold and I was on the computer with him (no joke-an hour) while

Just gorgeous! The way the light filters through the layers creates sublime textures and shades of white. So classy, timeless and elegant without even a hint of boring.
