Just as I expected

I had already purchased this brand and style in the past so I knew the quality is amazing. It's super soft and durable, hardly ever sheds. I was very pleased to be able to secure one of the last remaining rugs of this color and size. It took a while to receive because of FedEx freight issues but we received it in great condition.

Inaccurate

I was told the rug and pad were in stock and ready to ship. Purchased 7/4/21. Received an expected ship date email on 7/4/21 & 7/5/21 stating the rug was expected to ship on 7/4/21 but the pad was now out of stock and they would update me at a later time. On 7/8/21 I got a shipping notice for the pad NOT THE RUG. No other information. So, I emailed to ask if they were shipping the rug with it because that’s the one that was supposed to ship ASAP & that I was told the pad was out of stock (through email after purchase) They replied back saying.. nope sorry the rug is actually out of stock and won’t ship until 8/2/21. I would have purchased from someone else if that was the case. I don’t mind making an educated decision to buy and wait but when I chose, bought, paid for, was retold it was shipping and THEN a few days later found out after I had to reach out not them …that it wouldn’t ship for more than a month after purchase. It’s frustrating and annoying. It’s unprofessional and ridiculous. I won’t ever buy from them again and I will only tell my friends bad things about them!

Beautiful thick and and very pleased. Want another one!! Would recommend to a friend. Most lovely colors of any shag rug I looked at. Houzz has the best products and very good prices. These rugs are so beautiful I had to order another one and I did. Received it today. LOVE LOVE LOVE. You will not be disappointed if you want a good quality thick shag rug in lovely vibrant colors.
