It’s partially installed at the moment having to route all the plumbing so it’s not hung yet. But I absolutely love it. I did have to exchange tho at first because it looked to already been used but Wayfair platinum is superb and had another at my door in under 3 days. Once install is completed I will update my review. The color is so on point.

Worst toilet of my 40 year career!

Never saw a toilet with less water surface area; you need to be a bombadier to hit the water!

It's a decent toilet. You do need to sit back a bit to keep from marking the bowl with a #2.

Nice, unique, different, looks and feel luxurious. One downside to this is that you can’t put those bleach tablets in the tank to make the water smell fresh because there is no tank. It’s a bit different from your traditional toilet and needs to be clean properly. Overall I love it.

I love the way it looks, but it doesn’t flush great. Since the tank is in the wall, the water comes up from the bottom, not from the top rim.

I can't tell you how frustrated I am with this toilet! We have just received our THIRD replacement toilet and STILL the installation parts are missing! We have the bowl, the seat, the parts to install the seat, but the necessary installation components are missing for the toilet itself. According to the Swiss Madison website, these should come with the toilet, but the units we have received

I have searched far and wide for this at a reasonable price and honestly Wayfair is the only site that has satisfied that desire. I bought one including the in wall tank system for 4 bathrooms and it cost me what I would spend on one if I bought it anywhere else. It’s renovators discount dream.

It looks very nice, I like the clean look, but just be careful that you have to buy tank separately. The cover is a little bit thinner than normal toilet seat cover.

Bought this toilet in white and I absolutely love it. I also bought the concealed dual flush toilet tank that goes in the wall and wall mount dual flush actuator. It works great and flushes better than any toilet I have ever used. So glad I bought it.

Space saving is a great idea for a small washroom but this thing doesn't flush well. I had read many reviews about these toilets not flushing well but I thought my toilet would not have these issues. I was wrong. Don't even use this to go number 2 because I have to flush 5 times to make anything disappear. Strictly number one on this bad boy. Love the way it looks and install was pretty good. Would not buy again because of it's useless functionality.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Loudest flush ever, takes 3 large flushes to clear 3 squares of toilet paper

We haven't even had this for 3 months now and we're already looking to replace it. The toilet has the loudest flush you've ever heard, monstrous sound. The power of the water apparently can't be adjusted and when you push the large flush button it won't even clear 3 squares of toilet paper. You end up pushing the large flush button three times just to clear the bowl -- loud, inefficient, and cheap. Would never recommend, would never buy again and am currently trying to replace it with a different toilet.

The first toilet that arrived had an issue with the trap, but Wayfair quickly sent a replacement toilet that is in perfect condition.

Bad Design

Like other reviewers, toilet doesn’t flush very well. It’s noisy and worst part is it takes a lot of water to flush down toilet paper. Definitely do not recommend.

Matte black finish is really cool, happy with this part. Wayfair needs to desperately improve communication on which wayfair products are required with this one to have a working toilet. Pictures say Swiss M parts numbers, wayfair posts do not have Swiss M parts no so you can’t piece it together. I ordered wrong parts, this is a nightmare and I won’t have a toilet for 3 weeks- I got so tired of waiting for clear answers and resolution from both wayfair and Swiss M I ordered the parts from another site to match the toilet. Let’s hope it works, at least the part numbers were listed.

Poorly Designed

Very poor design. Flush is very noisy and does not clean the bowl. Even toilet paper may stay behind. Clearly the way water is directed into bowl is inadequate. This toilet is heading for the dumpster (and I am not joking). I have already ordered a replacement
