drain plug corrodes and falls apart

I have jacuzzi tub for 6 years. Had to replace drain twice @$130 each time because they do not sell separately. Only in a kit. What a waste of money and materials that I will not use.

This works good but shinning chrome is taking away from our brush nickel finish. I email Build .com seller, no response.

This is the only drain kit that works on bigger tubs(72") I only wish it came in brush nickel since that is what I have.

Jacuzzi Tub Drain

This is just the the exact drain I wanted. The attaching fittings were perfect for the tub that I had purchased. Very happy with the product. The only thing wrong was you don’t ship to Canada and I had to use a reshipper to get the product I wanted. Please consider changing your shipping policy. Many of your products are not available in Canada and are in demand here.

Pvc in a box....

Pleased, however...

Assembly was simple. Fits the tub very well. Looks sexy even, however, for what you get, I'm sure they made about a $70.00 profit !!

Product was returned and repackagsd

When I opened the box it looked like the product was returned by someone and repackaged since you could see somebody tried to is it I the bathtub. Luckily I was going to use a matte black drain with it for our bathtub.

Overpriced temporary drain

I say it's temporary because you will only get a few years from it. The metal is cheap and will need replaced, the nice pop-up plug will not fasten in after awhile. Not worth the money, should have been stainless steel for the price.

Very cheaply made

Very cheap quality. The rep at Lowe’s said we had to use the jacuzzi brand drain kit. For $110+ You get a couple of easy to find pvc fittings and two very low quality attachments. When we snugged down the drain, the top rim cracked almost all the way around. Very thin metal, I’m guessing it’s aluminum or Chinese pot metal. Do not waste your money. A universal drain system will work fine.

Poor Quality

The tub was installed 2 years ago and is not used often. After 2 years, the waste plug has corroded and broken apart. Other fixtures in our house are 15 years old and have no issues.

Don't waste your money

Cheap product bought with jacuzzi tub. Wasted my 110 dollars. It broke while installing then lowes replaced the pop up. Even the new it can't close properly. Ended up buying other universal pop up.
