The lamps were scratched and were not high quality. I returned them for a refund. The lamp shade cover was very bv thin and seemed like it would snag or RIP very easily. Almost like a pair of nylons covering the shade. Wood base was dented and scratched. Almost looked like they were used and returned.

I have ordered this lamp 3 times. It has arrived damaged 3 times. Customer service is not helpful. They tell you their process in 2 totally conficting ways in every conversation I have had with them. They refuse to let you speak to a supervisor. Its proven impossible to get a refund. They just keep sending me more damaged lamps. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Will NEVER buy ANYTHING from them again!

The lamp is just what I was hoping for but it arrived damaged - not from shipping or packaging, it was actually made that way. Luckily, the lamp shade covered up the flaws but it's still disappointing.

Love this lamp

I LOVE this lamp and highly recommend it. It is so unique with the outer and inner shades. It goes with almost any décor and I'm so pleased we bought it.

Exceptional lamp

We are very happy with Overstock.com. Delivery,packaging,& lamp & shade are great. Assembly confusing. Do not twist cord. It snaps in.

Very nice contemporary lamp with unique shade!

The unique shade is very cool - It has sheer black nylon layer over shade.-which is very nice. I recommend being very careful with it though it appears to snag easily. The only negative is the shade has a shiny layer of under the top layer. The lamp itself is very good quality. Love the pull chains. So much easier to turn lights on/off. :)

Nice Looking Lamps...

We choose the lamps to compliment the overall style of our living room. They look good (not cheap) and the pulls have a little weight to them. The shades look nice. I was a little concerned that they would look too shiny, but it doesn't seem to be the case. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase., ,,,,, .

Looks Nicer Online

The bottom of the base is uneven and hollow covered with a piece of felt so there's a slight wobble but the decent weight of the lamp helps offset this a little. The shade is extremely cheap in quality and condition. It's supposed to mimic linen but it arrived kinked and dented and since it's cheap plastic, at times gives off a refection from other light sources. The action of the pull chains is smooth. The lamp itself has a nice stained finish except for three spots on edge that arrived worn through., ,,,,,, , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, Overstock customer service was decent to offer a partial refund which we accepted but looking for a matching lamp shade is more trouble than it's worth and will be requesting a full refund even though my Order Details now states that's not eligible.
