Doesn’t have a switch - always stays on

This does not have a built in timer or switch , so it stays on all of the time. You have to buy a separate switch to install on the wall. Kinda doesn’t make sense

I love this so much. Will never go without a heated towel again. It’s ok for two big towels. They get warm. Not hot. It’s nice. We keep it on all the time. Dries your towel helps with towels getting smelly.

Perfect addition for the master bathroom

Excellent and beautiful towel bar addition to our bathroom.

Excellent heated towel bar. Takes about 20 minutes to heat fully but then stays nice and toasty for as long as you need it. Warm towels feel great when I get out of the shower. No regrets on the purchase.

Good towel warmer ; timer choices could be better

Good looks. Have used sparingly and warms up the towel ok. Wish it had a programmable timer or delayed timer to start heating before morning shower rather then setting at night with the timer setting .

Doesn’t work

I never write reviews, but I feel inclined to do so. This towel rack doesn’t work. The towels don’t warm up at all. I’m so sad as this has always been something I have wanted, and instead, I feel as though I threw away $1200.

Great towel warmer

We finally purchased this higher-end towel warmer after owning a much cheaper big-box store version that burned several of our towels. Shipping was quick and everything arrived without any damage. Assembly was easy and the hard-wiring was done by a local electrician. This thing is heavy so you'll want a 2nd set of hands to help with installation. It's heavy because it uses fluid in the bars as the heating medium instead of an internal resistance wire. Because of that, we haven't had any problems with hot spots like with our previous wire-heated unit. It does take a while to heat up but we have it on a programmable timer so that isn't a problem. During the winter we're just going to leave it on 24 hours a day.

Towel rack

This towel rack is pricey, but it fit well in our small bathroom and we use it all the time. If you decide you want a towel rack, I recommend this larger one because there are always clothes, towels, etc that you want to hang on it. You won’t regret the purchase.

Jeeves DS-20 rocks!

Liquid filled radiator is the way to go! Draws only 2.2 amps, so you can leave it on all the time. Best warranty at 10 years too.

Beautiful towel warmer

Delivered very quickly. Helps that all the installation and manuals are posted on the website. Looks absolutely beautiful in the room and heats up quickly. The remodel isn’t done, but when it is I will post better pictures! My only issue so far is that the timer is Not intuitive at all and complicated to program, I wish it were more like the heated flooring timer that we have - but that has nothing to do with the towel warmer - the warmer is great.

Due to work I moved my family not long ago from Colorado (dry climate) to Seattle (humid climate - very humid) and although we are very happy in this rainy area, I can't stand the smell of a wet towel. That's when this towel warmer came into our home. I do not think that it is a luxury then let's not forget that a wet towel doesn't only smells bad, but it also won't dry you when you need it! The towel warmer hangs on the wall away from the floors which gives you more room.

First year in use.
