missing the chest
missing the chest. called lowes they couldn't find it .the lady told me to give her 3 days to figure something out. I don't know what that means . going to call again on Monday.
Absolutely beautiful
We purchased this set for oyr spare bedroom, and i couldnt be happier! This set is beautiful and the bed was easy to assemble, the chest of drawers and night stand come already put together.
Not a trundle bed
Bed has 4 support poles under the center of the bed to hold up the top mattress. Included only 4 weak slats to hold up the bed. Trundle can not completely slide under the bed. My husband went and bought more wood slats for support and plywood to accommodate the weight for a child to actually sleep on this bed.
Perfect for kids
This is the perfect bed set for a young girl. We have had it for a year and it’s in great shape. All the drawers are sturdy and the finish on the paint is very thick and good because even after a year with a 3-4 year old, it’s beautiful. No dents or scratches or stains.

Beautiful bedroom set. Good quality product as well. We purchased the extra insurance in case we needed it but it's been over a year and not needed. Glad we got this set.

Beautiful bedroom set, durable. We get a complement every time someone sees it. Perfect for kids. I highly recommend this bedroom set if you're looking for something elegant and easy to maintain like washing crayons and markers off.
The bed did not come with the side panels to...
The bed did not come with the side panels to connect the headboard with the footboard. Trying to contact someone at Picket House was a nightmare. The back of the dresser was off and had to be fixed. Would not purchase items from Picket House again.
Nice looking set, takes time to put together!
Overall quality is good. Couldn't put together the trundle because the bed had wooden poles holding the bed together underneath (going down the middle). Without those, if my daughter were to jump on the bed, the slates wouldn't have held up. The bed and dressers come in pieces and need to be put together. But she loves it and it is nice looking?
