Arrived totally warped and damaged. None of the pieces aligned with one another, one piece was cut wayyyy too short to even fit, screws broke immediately after trying to screw them in. Super cheap quality, super disappointing.

I like the product but having trouble assembling makes me question the quality.

Very nice bench. Looks good by front door. I can sit down & put my shoes on. Wish some of the cubby holes were big enough for my snow boots tho. Still works great!

So sad and disappointed! I should have believed the other reviews that complained about how difficult it is to assemble this unit. I usually have no problem screwing furniture together but the holes are not at all aligned on this piece. What should have taken half an hour to assemble has taken about three now... with my husband's help. We're very close to giving up and returning it.

I am very disappointed in the bench, It was well packaged but the back was marked and scratched and one of the cubbie boards totally damaged (wood is split). However, what I found most disappointing was the assembly. Poor instructions and poor materials. I understand fully now why you provided an additional bag of wooden dowels. They break, the holes in the base and top do not align well with the dowels. After 3 hours and disassembling twice, I gave up on the cubbies. Now I have a bench with no cubbies and a back that sits outside of the slots because the sides and bottom don't align. I would return it, but its too much trouble. Very disappointed.... I'm stuck with half the product.

Not that hard to assemble. Shoes fit in the slots on their sides. We are enjoying it in our bedroom. Good bench

This was so poorly constructed, none of the screws fit, and one of them actually broke. It took us 3 hours to build and it’s still not stable. We fully regret this purchase. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

Extremely poor quality. Back panel was very thin and cracked. Wood stain was applied inconsistently.

The bench itself is very solid, IF you can get it together. It was extremely difficult to do so because the end pieces were warped (see picture), and the screw attachments are WAY more complicated than they need to be. You definitely need at least two sets of hands, and preferably strong ones, to push the parts together so the screws can be tightened. Very satisfied with the final product, and would buy again if I knew it was constructed properly.

WARNING…The bench does not fit adult shoes side by side as shown in the picture you can fit some sized shoes in front to back. Also a pain to put together…

The drilled holes are to big for the screws. Assembling is really difficult. Item in itself is worth the price.

It’s a little annoying to put together and the cubbies aren’t big enough to hold two shoes (maybe smaller shoes could fit?). But it does it’s job, surprisingly cushy cushion, and feel sturdy.

Came with imperfections in paint and damaged corner of wood. Back veneer was warped and when straightened was still too small in width to fit slots. The cushion was the only quality piece. A disappointing piece of furniture lacking quality for the price paid.

Love the bench - fits prrfectly

Disaster. The boards aren’t cut straight one of them was actually bowed. The shelves are uneven, and the sizes don’t fit in the spaces overall it can’t be assembled.

Poor quality for the price. Extremely difficult to assemble. Took me 3 hrs because the holes didn't line up perfectly. Had to ream the last hole with a drill bit because there was paint in it that hindered the assembly. The paint was also cracked on 2 of the horizontal cubby hole boards.

Great product, just one hole off!

The bench arrived in great condition, no damage. It's a quality piece. The only small issue is one hole was not drilled to line up with the screw hole, so it took a bit of time to carefully drill out a little bit at a time to make sure not to damage it, to get the screw to fit into the fastener. Overall it's still a great product. If that one hole had lined up, this would be a 5 star rating.

Great product with some minor issues

Great product. Strong and well built. Very well packed. All parts were in good condition. There was lots of "fuzz" almost like cat hair: could be Styrofoam shreds. Not sure. Not as red as it appears in the photos. Middle cubbies are a bit small for adult shoes. The cubbies on the ends are larger. During assembly, putting the top board was really difficult. Everything has to align, but all the boads keep moving. It was very annoying.
