I could not make up my mind for my new kitchen plumbing pieces - design or color. Started with more premium Kohler artifacts line but realized it didnt match my more modern look. Then I tried a Brizo, then the popular Delta trinsic model. Decided I wanted transitional polished nickel and had not known much about this brand but saw great reviews. The quality of it seemed to easily surpass Delta in a side by side comparison of weight and the hose. However, I did not keep because the fingerprints on the polished nickel were very noticeable just testing it with the backsplash. I dont see myself wiping it down after daily use so I returned it and plan to get another Hansgrohe. Really surprised about exceptionally high quality at this price point. A big score. The Joleena design would easily work in any kitchen design, too.

We are doing a major renovation in our house and we've been using Hansgrohe for all our fixtures. With us all on the go, we needed high quality fixtures that can stand up heavy use and abuse and this faucet has a high end matte black finish and feels heavy duty industrial quality. Not sure how it will be after a few years but I think it will be great

Splurged on this nice looking higher end brand and I wish I would not have purchased it :( We remodeled our kitchen with a nice deep sink (seriously if you are remodeling your kitchen, I feel like you are installing a sink that isn't 2" deep). You would THINK that with the spring, it would actually stretch. It barely stretches past the top of the sink, let alone to any corner or the bottom of the sink. So, we have this nice looking faucet that I can't rinse my sink with :( TERRIBLE DESIGN :(

For reliability, quality design & components - no shortcuts on materials (brass vs plastic), ease of use, easy to clean, & attractive appearance, we found this model to best complement our kitchen. We highly recommend.

I've purchased several Hansgrohe kitchen and bath fixtures over the years. They've always been more expensive than similar Kohler and other more common brand products. However, all of my Hansgrohe fixtures have worked flawlessly for many years. They are less prone to clogging up due to hard water and they are always better made. With this particular kitchen faucet, I got the 19" tall chrome finish one that looks like the commercial kitchen faucets. The quality of the product is top notch. It is all metal construction with no chrome plastic bits as is common on many other faucets. It has a very nice, old school metal heft to it. The operation of the unit is very smooth. The on-off lever is easy to very precisely set the flow and the flexible faucet head is very easy to use and I can easily spray all 4 corners of my large sink without issue. Unlike other kitchen faucets, this one did not come w/ the soap dispenser. You have to buy it separately for another $32. Well, this was the nicest soap dispenser I've ever had. Again, the pump part is all metal construction. It is heavy and you feel the quality of the mechanism. Is it overkill for a soap dispenser? Of course. Does it make me feel like this is the last dispenser I'll ever have to buy? Yes. With respect to complaints of water flow, I had no issues whatsoever. The water flow is just perfect. I didn't have to remove or drill out any restrictors. I get a strong enough flow of water at the max setting to clean whatever I need. Frankly, any stronger would be ridiculous as it would cause water to shoot out of my sink. But, YMMV depending on how much water pressure your house provides. While the faucet and dispenser combo cost about $80 more than other brand's products, in my eyes, it is well worth the extra cost for kitchen fixtures that I will be using dozens of times every single day for years and years. Any downsides of the product are not specific to Hansgrohe but just inherent to the design of this type of faucet. I do wish the arm that holds the faucet head could be extended out more to better position it in my relatively large sink for easier reach. Some may also think the price is high and the value proposition is not good. However, I disagree. It is more expensive... but more like 25% to 33% more expensive, which is not much compared to the much better overall quality you get. One last thing about kitchen faucets... I'm replacing one that's touch activated. If you're thinking about getting a touch activated faucet, I'd highly discourage you from doing so. It just adds an extra step to turning on and off the faucet and you have to change the batteries at least 2-3x/year and you will inadvertently brush against the fixture turning it on and off. It is a ridiculous solution looking for a problem IMO. Go with straight old-school, non-powered on-off lever faucets.

The pump sits on the counter above my sink as a sleek little accessory, and the pump works well to dispense just enough dish soap. To fill the plastic reservoir just lift off the pump. I used a funnel to refill it, but it’s difficult to know when you’ve poured in enough. Of course, I overfilled it the first time, but will be more cautious in the future. I like not having to reach under the sink for the soap bottle or keeping another messy looking pump on the countertop.

This baby just oozes quality. Well, mostly it oozes water, but in a very high-quality fashion. The controls are all sort of BMW-like. That is they feel heavy and solid, but simultaneously easy to use. This is the first faucet I've used where the sprayer button has no play. It clicks solidly back and forth from spray to normal like a light switch, and importantly, the spray setting stays on at low volumes. And somehow the spray doesn't jump back up at you too much. Don't know how they do it.

I thought the price was a bit steep for this item. I expected it to be thin metal or plastic. Nope. This is a heavy duty piece of steel! Nothing cheap about this. It's very well made and the finish is perfect. Pretty much what you'd expect from Hansgrohe. It has a full-coverage gasket that completely covers the bottom side of the base plate. The finish matches the kitchen faucet perfectly. Worth the price to finish off the new faucet install.
