Product arrived clearly damaged. Parts were loose inside the box. I have no idea if all the parts are there. It was obviously installed before and there were scratches and finger prints all over it. This is the second item I’ve purchased from Wayfair that has arrived used but I’m paying for a new product.

I'm guessing this was a returned item -- there was no mounting hardware included. It matches 7/10 with the Kohler Polished Nickel finish so I'll keep it if I can find the right mounting hardware.
