Ordered and received within 2 days. Ordered 2 of these runners for 2 separate hallways in my house tto match the large area rugs in my living room and bedroom. They look great and so glad matching runners became available. They are not thick rugs but due to tripping hazard did not want too thick rugs so hope they hold up to wear and tear.

Folds won't go away

The rug came folded not rolled. The folds are still in it even tho I have placed weighs on the fold to come out. Not sure what to do to get all the folds out.

More plush than I thought it would be which is a good thing. only had it for 2 weeks but having a hard time getting it to lay flat which I feel will happen in time.

Delivery was prompt and was surprised how small the package was until I opened it and found it was folded rather than rolled. The rug is beautiful but still waiting for all the wrinkles to straighten out with heavy books placed on them to help smooth them faster. Also wanted runners but they were out of stock. The rug also had a few loose strings which were easily cut off without causing damage.

This rug for some reason seemed a lot larger than expected! It’s a little more white than it is cream but it is beautiful and soft to walk on. I am highly impressed with the price and quality of this item :)

Another review mentioned the gray was not as dark as pictured and I'm glad it wasn't, it was the right color for me.

Morroccan Rug

Not as thick as I had hoped and won’t stop curling but overall it’s a nice rug. I think it will be perfect for what I will use it for just hoping it holds up for vacuuming for a while and not start crumbling like my last one.
