Poor customer service

I’m sure the product is great but it was damaged when I received it. I have emailed twice but not had the courtesy of a response. All the other items I purchased at the same time are great. I have purchased many products over the years but lack of customer service and no obvious means of contact by phone means I will be very reluctant to purchase again.
